Christopher came at the scheduled time and did a full inspection of our modular home including the underneath area. He showed where there was evidence of termites and reviewed options of treatment, prices and service guarantees. I was very impressed with his knowledge and friendly personality. He was able to do the treatment same day and I couldnâ t be happier.

Chris came to our new house and inspected the home for termites. He always let us know when he was in the way. Did a full inspection and was very transparent on what was happening. He gave us an estimate and performed the work same day. Highly recommend this company and Chris!

He is very truthful and only tells you what needs to be done. if the house is not that bad to fumigate, he would not suggest it to waste your money but suggest for local treatments. A friend recommended him after having a terrible experience with another company; he found Christopher, who solved the problem. We are both very glad we found him. Termite Science is a Family owned business, and it shows. Believe me when I say you wonâ t regret using them.

We initially had the house tented for termites back in 2019 and have been using them for annual termite inspections and spot treatments. The value of the service is good. They are a family-owned, local company from Orange County, CA, but they carry itself like a top-tier company. Mike and co. explain the whole process: the inspection, the types of pesticides being used, the background on termites, and the costs involved. They are very thorough. We will be using them for annual termite inspections, spot treatments, and preventive treatments.

This was a great experience; I was so comfortable with this company. I had them do my house and my daughter's house. They gave me a reasonable and honest quote. I did not want to tent my house and I did not want to use orange oil, so this was a perfect alternative. I would and have recommended them to others.

Once you look at other competitors, it's a no-brainer to go with these guys. From beginning to end it's a smooth process and their name fits - they truly have it down to a "science." I received a call from Mike within 2 minutes of requesting service and the passion was immediately detectable. These guys truly enjoy what they do and get fulfillment from doing everything they can to protect your home from pests. Mike even said he has an Entomology degree - how many people in this industry do you think go that extra mile? Probably not very many. I had Chris show up and he was just as personable, transparent, informative, and upfront as Mike, and I expected nothing less since they're a family business. I also learned a ton about termites - their lifespan, gestation periods, when they swarm, etc. and Chris was more than happy to answer all of my questions or provide useful info without me even having to ask, which I greatly appreciated - knowledge is power! Their pricing is also very fair and reasonable, and they'll take the extra time to explain how and precisely why their solution is more effective/longer lasting than their competitors, and it's based on objective science rather than a sales pitch, which is rare to find. They can tent if you like but prefer not to which is great, as tenting is a hassle and in my case, the job was done in about 40 minutes with zero prep on my part - all I had to do was let them through the door. They've been thru it all, tried it all, know what works, and what doesn't work, and I'll definitely be recommending Termite Science to coworkers, friends, and family.
