It might sound like a stretch to say that our family was blessed by the company that provided our termite services. But, after meeting with Christopher from Termite Science, that is exactly how we feel Blessed. Granted, nobody wants to learn that they have a rather extensive termite infestation. It all seems rather daunting: The fact that little critters are eating away at your home 24/7. Anticipating a rather substantial expense to treat and eradicate the nasty pests. And, (mistakenly) believing that the entire family had to be displaced while the process took place. (Our particular situation was a bit complicated as my mother could not be uprooted from our home.) Enter Christopher P from Termite Science. While conducting his inspection of our home, I explained our concerns and circumstances. He listened intently, then addressed and answered all of our questions and concerns. It was very comforting to know that we were in such capable, accommodating and caring hands. Not only that, but while sharing his vast knowledge and staying completely professional, he also possessed a fabulous personality and a sense of humor that made an otherwise icky situation educational, interesting and even a bit fun. Christopher put all of our concerns to rest. What a Godsend! Considering the scope of the work needed, the estimate was reasonable and the terms were very agreeable. Only a couple of days later, Christopher and his nephew, Joey, arrived to commence with the treatment...right on time and ready to go. They were courteous, communicative, thorough and especially kind to my mom, who had been a little nervous going into the process. Christopher P of Termite Science is a person of great ethics who truly cares about his customers and preserving their property. We were in excellent hands, from beginning to end.

It comes for termites basically watch the rats and it'sin my garage. And better watch it. It's really to difficult to crawl, and keep in an eye on it

They seem to be a good company, very thorough inspection, but on the very expensive side.

Christopher both did the bid and came back to do the work. He seemed very knowledgeable and thorough. Family-owned can be good or bad, but this seems to be the good kind. Price was competitive, too.

I spoke with a rep from the company over the phone to schedule an appointment for my problem. He provided me with a short history of the company and what I could expect in the form of customer service. He arrived and I showed him the problem area and advised me was correctable. He continued to inspect the rest of the house and discovered other areas which were not visible to me that also required attention. He put a plan together that included what was necessary in way of treatment to the affected areas, a price, a follow up schedule, and an attic treatment. We scheduled a morning for treatment and had the work done. When the job was completed we walked through the treated areas and I was given an explanation of what had been done. Excellent customer service from beginning to end of the project. Professional and respectful of me and my property.

I highly recommend this family owned company. They brothers and crew go above and beyond â ¦. They use high quality chemicalsâ ¦. very importantâ ¦and performed extra work ( treated for ants etc) at no extra cost â ¦ they just did it â ¦..they did a thorough inspection of the house and attic before giving me a proposal â ¦ and pricing very fair â ¦ I will definitely continue to use this Company. Was looking for service for my in-laws. My MIL had already scheduled appointments for quote from 2 other companies but I found Termite Science and based on their reviews, asked for a quote. They immediately followed up and set the appointment. Christopher showed up on time and was friendly and professional throughout the whole process. After his presentation and pricing, we decided to cancel the other 2 quote appointments and go with him. They arrived on time for the service call, did everything they said they would in a clean and timely manner. And we liked that the service actually includes a follow up service at the end of the year. You have the option of going with a yearly service as well, but there was no high pressure sales treatment at all. My MIL was worried that the companies would take advantage of them as they are elderly. In meeting Christopher, we never had that worry. I will be hiring them to treat our house as well, as with Christopher's informative teaching, I now see trouble spots in our house.

True to their word, they showed up on time. The were priced very reasonably and were transparent with the programs they had available - basically giving best options to choose from. I am pleased with their service and will be using them again in the future.

My Rep Christopher was very professional and well mannered. He promptly showed up on time and explained to me in detail the whole process. He did not try to up sale me or put any pressure on me. The whole project took less than 2 hours to treat multiple locations. I would highly recommend them for any termite problems.

Christopher was great! We noticed some termite dust and my husband called three different providers. The other two recommended tenting. Christopher explained how we could take care of the issue using spot treatment and that this would be a longer term solution than tenting. This was a cost savings to us and eliminated the concerns for our cats and the hassle of prepping for tenting, so we were willing to give it a try. Christopher was knowledgeable and passionate about his business.

Christopher was awesome, I got a great education about termites and the chemical value to sustain control in the best way! It was a refreshing experience & I am a Termite Science fan & will tell all my neighbors & friends about by experience! THANK YOU SO MUCH CHRIS & his nephew Joey was great as well.
