The Inspectors were very honest on what work needed to be done. I had estimates from other companies and were dishonest of the termite findings under the crawl space. Due to our health issues and pets in the home the Inspector work on our schedule to have them come back to do the work. They showed up on time.

I called them to treat my Grandpa's house and Christopher was awesome! Very kind to my 96 yr old Grandpa and professional! I would recommend them to everyone!!!!!

Our home was completely remodeled in 2014, and last tented in 2002. We added lots of new lumber with the remodel. So when I first noticed what I thought were termites starting to work in the corner of my new living room floor behind a baseboard, it was time to treat the house! Termite Science came out quickly, and took what time was necessary to assess our current situation. Now, I have never been one who believes that tenting a house is the solution. But I do believe that after an initial home treatment, that consistent periodic maintenance follow-up is paramount to keeping termites under control. Termite Science gave me a straight forward estimate, cost and their plan for annual maintenance. The initial cost was excellent, much lower than we expected to pay. So we gave them the job. They arrived as expected, took about 90 minutes to do the treatment, and were on their way! And we did not have to smell the bug spray afterwards! We do not know what will happen in the future with our termite problem(s). But we do know that we are now with a company who backs their work. So we will be doing annual maintenance every year with them from now on. It is the best choice! Give em a try. Highly Recommend! - John

Michael powers came out to check I found to be best price and answered all my questions would rehire again did work the same day

Termite Science offered the best price. The owner Michael also offered to repair the hole in the closet door jam that a prospective tenant pointed out and indicated termites were present. His staff did excellent repair work promptly.

Michael is very prompt with returning phone calls. They showed up on time. He was very open and patient as he answered all of the questions and concerns that I had. The service call was done in my house on Friday, February 22, and as Michael pointed out, some termite "hold outs" showed up about 5 days later. I called Michael on Sunday, March 3rd, (on a Sunday), and he answered the phone and committed to doing a follow-up, "touch up"-service on Monday, March 4. As h esaid, Michael showed up, on time, on that day too and he took care of everything for me. No more issues since. Just a good, old fashioned pro. Highly recommend them. Great pricing, too!

No pressure when talking to him and the best prices by far! Very friendly and knew exactly what they were doing! I got the yearly contract with them to check for termites. Once they started they were very fast too.

He provided detailed, knowledgeable information about our issue on the spot, and responded quickly to all follow-up questions. The price quoted for treatment was very competitive, and no marketing pressure was applied. Prior to treatment we received clear and full advance info concerning advance preparations and treatment scheduling. The work proceeded like clockwork according to the given schedule. Overall, we were very satisfied with this service, and would not hesitate to recommend this company.
