Everything was excellent. Quality of work...only time will tell, but so far so good.

Christopher did a great job of explaining all the different types of treatment as well as their advantages and disadvantages he took the time so we understood both he and Ruben were polite businesslike and got the job done. I would recommend them to friends and family. It was also one of the more reasonable treatments I ve had done on my house which includes a lot of the other brand-name termite services

I had three termite inspections done recently. I have to say that once I met Christopher from Termite Science, I had a feeling I was going to pick him. He was very knowledgeable, informative, courteous and very thorough. He caught issues that the others didn’t and even took pictures for me and explained his findings. As far as costs, they were all in the same ballpark... but what sets Termite Science apart from the others was Christopher, his great customer service skills and TWO treatments are included (now and again in 12 mos)! When I was ready to schedule the appointment, I called Christopher and he offered to come that afternoon... worked out perfectly! He and his partner went throughout my home to apply the local treatments, once again, explaining things to me and answering any questions I had. I would highly recommend Christopher and Termite Science!

We scheduled termite inspection appointments with 4 companies. The inspector from the first company found termites but we were not impressed with the service. The second inspector found no termites in all the areas he checked. Termite Science was the third company that came. Christopher inspected our home. He was courteous, honest and sincere. He explained what he would do and specifics in what he was looking for. He asked us questions about the termite history of our house and was so informative that we even learned some new things about termites and current treatment options. After thoroughly inspecting the eaves, the garage, the attic and under the house, termites were found in 4 specific areas. He presented all options so we could decide without any marketing pressure. With Christophers commitment to excellence, his wealth of knowledge and his customer service skills, we immediately decided to go with Termite Science and cancelled the fourth inspection appointment with another company. Christopher and his nephew came the next day to do the spot treatment as agreed and efficiently treated our home. We had a great overall experience with Termite Science. Their dedication to quality service and performance was clear and their price was reasonable... I would highly recommend them!

The Powers family from Termite Science were the first to respond. Michael was very nice and offered to schedule an inspection, which I accepted. Christopher was punctual and arrived at the designated time. I could see immediately his terrific customer service skills and his enthusiasm to do excellent work. He took the time to explained the phases of his inspection and appeared very knowledgeable about his profession. After the inspection Chris shared his findings and recommended options. I elected to have my house treated in the problem areas. Chris systematically treated my attic, garage, eaves/fasia, and the soil around my home. He communicated with me every time he moved to a different treatment zone and describe how the different products used would kill termites. Chris was friendly, hardworking and informative. Although a free annual inspection a year from now was included in the treatment guarantee, he offered to return to address any new termite infestations if I found any. I also learned that Chris and Mike are qualified to repair damaged wood and that they don't contract out to others. The bottom line is that I would hire this company again and would recommend my neighbors to consider them.
