Christopher was extremely thorough with his inspection and explained clearly everything that was involved. He was available to take care of the problem immediately and did so in a highly professional manner. He was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

Incredibly thorough inspection. My house is large and has multiple attic space and multiple crawl spaces. Christopher inspected every nook and cranny of the house (without me directing him where to go), and explained everything that would be involved with the treatment, provided flexible solutions to my budget, and answered all of my questions. He took pictures to show me what he saw. I was able to schedule them the next day to come out and treat the property. The safety of my future tenants and the crews working on the property are of utmost importance. I appreciated the follow up, because I needed to get the treatment done asap. Others who may not be ready to hire could take that as being pushy. I can definitely appreciate the family-owned orientation of this business, and I am extremely satisfied with the exceptional level of service and care that I have received. Would highly recommend them. The transaction was easy, seamless, and quick.

Christopher was very knowledgeable and able to present the treatment options in in a way that made it easy to decide on the best for our particular situation. He was also able to fit us into an open slot in his schedule which provided rapid treatment and helped the efficiency of the company. I have great confidence in the thoroughness and quality of the termite treatment.

It was Chris' 1st time treating termites at my condo. I don't know what the outcome is, perhaps I will in about 6 months. I wasn't offended that he gave me a sr. citizen discount. Amazing service from an amazing person! Chris went above and beyond, crawling under my house to look for problems signs and providing video documentation of what he found; he even discovered the beginnings of a leak for me - essentially saving me tons of money and aggravation in the long run by letting me know so I can nip the issue in the bud before it bloomed to a larger problem. Termite Science with their representative Christopher were on time, courteous and very professional in dealing with us. He explained thoroughly the situation and what needs to be done in layman terms. He is very knowledgeable and understanding of the situation. They went above and beyond customer service to by helping me look deeper on the extent of damage instead of walking away after inspection. They were very understanding with their customer needs including price and additional work. Over all experience with the company was very pleasing and positive. Reasonable cost Great customer service Michael talked me through the process arrange fir gas to be turned off and back on the day I returned. Other then needing to leave my home for the tenting the process was easy and stress free. Thanks so much for all your help guys!

Great value for money - no need to undergo the massive inconvenience of tenting and moving out of the house. The company also offers a very reasonable yearly follow up treatments that does away with fumigation tents forever.

I was in the middle of a bathroom Renovation when the installers found extensive damage to the sub floor and a lot of termites. They could not move forward without the termites being addressed. I contacted Termite Science and they came out within the hour to address so my contractor could continue. Their pricing was very good. I hired them to come back to do the entire house. Michael was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. They were so detailed my Contractions hired them to do their business.

Everything was explained by Christopher. Very professional and price was very reasonable. We're very happy with the work.

Christopher was very professional and provided detailed information regarding the services to be performed. He provided a quote for the fumigation service, which was very competitive, at the time of the initial visit. Took my calls after so that we could review additional details, etc. Had a few issues with the fumigation itself and Christopher was very attentive as two of them were items that needed further discussion with the fumigation company. The other he resolved immediately. All in all a job well done.
