Great value for a great job done by great people. Highly recommended. Almost got ripped off by the competitor, but there's no comparison for the pricing and services, very happy about it.

I got four termite companies to come over for a termite inspection. They all found several places of termite infestation. i decided to hire Termite Science. Michael and Christopher were on time and very polite and professional. The price was very reasonable. They did a great job. Highly Recommended!

We had limited knowledge of termites but knew we needed treatment. Chris conducted the inspection - inside and out - very promptly after my request. He educated me on the types and showed the damage caused by the drywood termites as well as the subterranean. Answered all my questions. Treatment of the house and property was provided promptly by Chris and Joey. We now know we have coverage for the next 12 months should we see any new activity and will continue with the annual maintenance agreement with Termite Science Inc. Happy Customer!

I was stressing out about our termite problem and got quotes from Terminix and Orkin. My husband did some research and told me to get another quote from Termite Science. Christopher #11 came to our house did a thorough inspection none I ve seen before. He was very pleasant and made it so easy to take care of this problem. I didn t have to tent the house which was huge relief! The price was really reasonable! He was on time and finished on time and did extra service for me with no extra charge. He was a delight and very thorough and I felt very reassured. I will continue to use Termite Science and I will tell everyone about you guys!!! Thank you! And thank you Christopher and nephew!!!

We found Michael/Chris two years ago and stayed with them for three years now. We have been very happy with Michael/Chris and his team (nephews), as they are efficient and informative. Solid performer and we have recommended them to our friends.

Truly amazing! Friendly family business that goes above and beyond with honesty and integrity. Exceptional knowledge and experience. Explained every step of the process and products used. I personally observed the work being done and was shown each and every repair upon completion. Can t say enough!!! And at a fraction of the price compared to the corporate exterminator bid that I received. Basically you get two services and for half the cost!

This is a family business, but beyond that this is a company that uses and explains the measurements of the damage assessed by their equipment, drew a map of where the infestation was, and gave a detailed plan what needed to be done; even 12 months in advance. It was not some random person walking around pointed what needs to be done without taking measurements and not explaining the process and wanting to charge more than double for the service Termite Science would provide. Back to the family business, they were incredibly kind to my elderly parents knowing I was in Seattle concerned how may parents would be treated. They knew my concern, and they took it to heart. They are amazing, kind, thorough, professional, and humble. I really wouldn't bother with any other company, your time is too precious as mine is.

Termite Science prides itself for being a family-owned business, and the company was both friendly and responsive, from start to finish. After discovering heavy infestation in our garage structure, we used an online request to solicit quotes from four highly-rated companies. Mike from Termite Science was first to respond and set up an appointment. His brother Chris arrived on time and spent almost two hours surveying the structure perimeters, looking in the rafters, crawling underneath the house, and sharing his findings. The next day, we received a follow-up call and a comprehensive inspection report. While the company was not the cheapest--we were quoted $500 less from another company--we decided to go with Termite Science, based on its customer service, thoroughness, and treatment approach/philosophy. Once scheduled, Chris and another employee showed up promptly (even a little early) to treat our house and property. We found them efficient and professional, and we were happy to share their contact information and our positive experience with our adjacent neighbors, who also decided to use them to treat their homes that week! Time will tell how effective the treatment was--Termite Science states they will return a year from now to re-inspect. Based on the initial service and communication, we feel this is a business that will continue to hold customer satisfaction at the top of its priorities!

This is a great family-owned company - honest, punctual, flexible and transparent. They take and show video clips from under the house and attic so there's no guessing to what's being done. Would hire again - and definitely recommend!
