Chris Powers, one of the owners, is super respectful, honest, knew all about termites, patient, kind, etc. I can't believe there are still pros out there like him. I will surely recommend him to my neighbors and friends. Reliable too !!

Michael was really helpful, and when Christopher showed up to do the work, he took pictures of the termites and explained everything to me; how they breed, how they got into the house, how to stop them. He also gave me honest information on what to expect with the treatment. I felt like I was being treated with respect and given straightforward answers to my questions. Hired Termite Science to do our Fumigation on our home. This is a family owned business, that takes care of all your needs and answers your questions and explains the process efficiently. The brothers Michael and Christopher took great care of our home through the process from beginning to end.

It is too early to rate the effectiveness of the treatment. However, the service was on time and nice. Christopher, and his nephew were on it. And they knocked out 2 wooden sheds as well.

This is a no worries company. I felt completely taken care of. Called on thursday, inspection on saturday, treatment on monday. Unlike every other termite company I've dealt with, they actually went all the way under my house. Eeuuuwww! Takes nerve but they did. They came back from down under with high quality pictures of the termite condition. Unlike other companies that tried to sell me on a $5000.00 house renting, they explained that subteranian termites were my issue and no structural damage yet. Chris went over treatment and cost with me and quoted far less than I had expected. Chris is a really nice guy too. He noticed I was losing the war on my red ant problem in my front yard so he sprayed them at no cost. Nice! They are prompt and efficient. They showed up on time with everything they needed and got right to work. They are a family owned company so they are heavily invested in the quality and it shows. Chris was my estimater and such a nice and personable guy. Being a widow, I usually require someone to stay with me during a service call. Never felt I'll at ease with these guys at all. Prompt, fast working, informative, cost effective, and friendly. I will be calling them back next year. Its unusual to have this kind of customer service. Really nice family company. Respectful, diligent and honest. They go the extra mile. I highly recommend them for your termite concerns.

Christopher explained everything. Was very detailed Loved his job. Since it is a family owned company there was pride of ownership and a commitment to excellence. We had one other highly rated company come out and they missed things Christopher found. I know he was honest because he showed me time and location dated pictures of what he found under our house.
