It was a pleasure to have Termite Science service my home. Chris and his nephew came to my house to survey the property and give me a quote. The quote was reasonable and included a 10% senior discount. They arrived the next day promptly at the scheduled time to complete the service. They worked both in and outside the house and garage. Chris was friendly and professional. He went out of his way to give special attention to several damaged floor areas made by the termites. They even treated the brown spiders under the house. I was very happy with their work. The service includes a second treatment one year from now. I will use them again.

Christopher came to execute a local termite treatment for us as we were unable to tent. They stayed until the whole 3000+ square foot home was treated in and out. They were courteous and efficient. It has now been one month since they were here and there are no signs of termite activity. I recommend this company!

I initially hired Termite Science for spot treatment and maintenance. From the get go they were superb, and Chris in particular really stood out to me. He is a passionate dude about Termite control as well about Customer satisfaction! I had a great experience with Chris for maintenance and as such being that we decided to sell our house and needed Termite review, and ultimately tenting, I immediately thought to hire Chris and his team. Again, Chris knows his stuff and is eager to share his knowledge and was very patient in answering all of our questions throughout the process. I was very happy with the priced paid, which was very competitive, and the quality of work was top notch, as was communication throughout the process. Highly recommend Termite Science, Inc. Very professional and informative about every thing they were doing and what my options were. Spoke to them and hired on Saturday. Out on Monday and finished everything. Pictures and video of what they did received as soon as they were done. Highly recommended.

I hired this company last August and was very impressed with their customer service. The quality of work was excellent. They performed a much more thorough inspection than the other company. I called Christopher a few months ago to tell him that we would be doing a bathroom remodel soon and the floor would be open near an area he had treated. He readily agreed to come back out at that time (for no charge) and reinspect that area to be sure all is well. My building contractor was only able to give Christopher a small window of time and not much notice. In spite of having a full schedule, Christopher added it onto the end of a full day and performed the inspection. This company is all about customer Service!

Chris and Matt came out and did a very thorough job scouring the attic, subfloor, roof and perimeter for termite signs and damage. They treated the whole house in exactly the amount of time they said it would take and even over-delivered by doing some extra pest control that they noticed we needed for no extra charge. Nice company. Nice people.

The inspection was by far the most thorough of the three we had done. This gave us confidence that spot treatment and surveillance would be a safe alternative to tenting. Very pleasant and personable, and their commitment to customer service was explicit.
