I am having windows replaced & FORGOT to schedule T.S. to come out, inspect and spray the window frames before the new windows go in. Once he removed the old windows, the window installer actually gave me a chance to call Termite Science, and T.S. responded IMMEDIATELY. Christopher from T.S. actually showed up less than 20 minutes later to HELP me with the ERROR THAT I MADE. He inspected the window frames, pumped in the appropriate amount of poison into all three frames and actually THANKED ME for calling. The window man said, "Wow... THAT is customer service." This is rare because it bacame one of those right-place-at-the-right-time situations, but Termite Science didn't even blink. I created a tight situation, and they answered the call immediately. WORD TO THE WISE: please buy into the yearly maintenance service package that they offer because they are very quick and professional with their follow up. My termite issue needed a handful of visits from T.S., and they were awesome about it every time. Cannot recommend them enough. Christopher & Michael are pure class.

Reasonable priced, annual service to help prevent return of termites. Handled everything very professionally, even with the covid19 rules. Company provides a courtesy call, so that you don't miss the annual inspection/prevention treatment.

Have used them 3 years. Very nice , family owned company. They take pictures and inform on problems and how it is resolved. I highly recommend them.
