Michael is the best contractor I have ever worked with in any field. I had to arrange all the work from out of state on a rental property with high maintenance tenants. Michael oversaw everything with exceptional professionalism. Customer service, efficiency, and quality of work all happened and exceeded all expectations. Very fair pricing as well. Michael called me within minutes of asking for a quote. He came out the same day and inspected my property. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain how termites infest and how he takes care of the problem. He worked with my schedule and took care of the problem. He even did a couple of extra tasked as a courtesy. His rates were very reasonable. Even though we had termites Michael made it a pleasent non stressful experience.
