+ -1 moreAfter they assessed our home, they assured us they were able to install the stained glass. We provided a deposit, then a week later they called saying they are unable to do the job, and they refuse to refund our deposit after several requests. Stay far away from this company.

Description of Work: Incredibly difficult to deal with and irrational, abusive and unreasonable with us, her employees and other workmen at the job site who were not employed by her business. Overcharged for and misrepresented items sold and refused to rectify the problems or make appropriate refund. Avoid this business at any cost!
