Sam was very helpful and took his time to explain any questions I had. He was arrived in an hour after I called.

I had an awesome experience; it was 100% wonderful. Sam was amazing. Great service, on time, very fair and impeccable workmanship. It couldn't have been any better. He did what he said and charged me a fair price. He explained everything to me and was very nice. He didn't try to sell me stuff that I didn't need, told me what I really needed and that's what we did. I would recommend him to everyone.

This is not the first time we've used S.E. Electric. We keep coming back to Sam because he is 1) very punctual, 2) always finds time to come to our house as soon as possible, 3) has very fair prices, 4) is very, very knowledgeable, and 5) never laughs at us when the problem is something stupid that we should have figured out (like something needed to be plugged in). He has solved some of our most "intriguing" and persistent problems and then clearly explains what the problem was. In addition, he does all his work with a smile. I trust him to do the right thing, because he he has proven himself again and again. You couldn't get a better electrician, a nicer guy, and a fairer price. I highly, highly recommend S. E. I was looking for someone local in the Cypress area to upgrade my electrical panel and luckily Sam from S.E. Electric was the one I found. His reviews from another reputable site was good (nothing on Angie's List until now) and I decided to give him a try. When I contacted him, he was very responsive to my requests over the phone and immediately (since he was local) was at the property to provide an estimate with the additional work that I requested. His prices were reasonable compared to others and from start to finish, he was definitely on top things. Sam took care of contacting Edison to unlock the meter along with obtaining the permits with the city and scheduling for inspections (even though I could have done it, he took responsibility for it and made it for me one less thing to worry about). He even contacted the gas company dig line to make sure he wasn't placing the grounding rods near any gas lines. Sam definitely handled the whole job like a pro, which he is and his timeline was right on. He was very punctual and professional. I will surely recommend him to anyone needing his services and I will surely use him again if need be. People looking for services to be done, should always try there local small businesses first. Its the locals that seem more knowledgeable with the day to day and most of the time, they are the ones that give you the personal attention that you want. Sometimes with big chains, you get lost in the shuffle.
