S & L Contracting Inc

This was the second time I used S & L. Previously they had done some outside brick work, painted inside & outside my house. This time they completely redid my master shower, installed a very high quality frameless shower door (resists water spots), removed wood floor and installed new wood floor, painted bedroom and living room/dining room, removed & reinstalled 3 antique doors, did paint touch ups , reinstalled a toilet. I obtained three bids, and S &L were the lowest bid. I knew from their past work that the work would be done right, and to my satisfaction. They were willing to be flexible due to delays for mold testing, remediation, & retesting (done by other contractors). They kept me informed of work schedules, were extremely knowledgable and easy to work with. They gave me honest opinions, guiding me to less costly options where appropriate . All workers were very accommodating and neat. At the final inspection Joe, one of the principals, rehung my paintings, installed some new light bulbs (not part of the work order) and made sure I was satisfied and happy. They are very professional & easy to work with.
