Description of Work: Our refrigerator began leaking. We searched Angies List and called a few people. OC Pacific promptly called back and were able to come soon after.

+ -1 moreExcellent, could not have asked for better service, and Zack did not charge an emergency call, or weekend extra fee. I would highly recommend OC Pacific Appliance Repair.
Description of Work: Refrigerator condenser stopped working without notice. Frozen food started to defrost. Zack from OC Pacific came out next day on a Saturday, quickly diagnosed problem and was able to replace the failed compressor control board in one trip. Zack carried the part on his truck. The controller board was replaced and condenser coils were cleaned, all in about an hour.

+ -1 moreMy refrigerator (Sub Zero) wasn't keeping cold and I called this company to come and repair it. The whole process was easy. I scheduled same day appointment that fit my schedule. Repair man, showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about Sub Zero's. He quoted me a price and repaired my fridge on the spot. Fridge works like new, Thanks.
Description of Work: I wish I had gone with this company first. I had another appliance repair company come out and diagnose my fridge only to give my a ridiculous estimate. I wanted a second opinion and I'm glad I called this company. Their technician explained exactly what was causing the trouble in my fridge and it was not what the other company said. The repair was less that half the other companies quote and my fridge works like new.
