 + -1 moreThe price was reasonable. They're always good with making appointments that are good for me. He's always there when he says he's going to be. He's in and out in appropriate time. They are totally thorough, my rugs look brand new when they get done. They're just responsible. I just like them. They're very pleasant. It's almost like calling one of the family to come and do my rugs. It feels like an extended family at this point. It's always the same guy, Dan that comes out.
