These guys are great ... best A/C service I've ever had. They came quickly, figured out the problem, and gave me options to fix or replace unit. I chose replacement. Their price on the replacement unit was really competitive, and they supplied a bigger/better unit to ensure it could easily cool our house. I was very impressed and I'm really happy with the result. They did great work, were very conscientious, and very hard working. The owner Eddie was personally involved as well as Anthony, a great technician. I can see why they've been rated so highly and received awards. This is the first company in the 22 years we've lived in this house that I actually liked very much. I will use these guys from now on. I almost forgot.... they gave me a better warranty than the manufacturer.

They showed up over Labor Day weekend. Impressive just for that. They were professional, friendly, and quite knowledgeable. They methodically diagnosed my problem and made the repairs that day. This was great news for me as it was extremely hot that weekend. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

The whole experience was amazing and very professional. Home Advisor rep gave me a call back within 15 minutes of me requesting a quote even when it was past 9 PM and got the technician the very next morning. This gets even better as after checking the AC, the technician suggested that I might be having HomeShield and it would be better to get it fixed from them instead as getting it done outside will cost me 2K USD.

They were prompt on their call to me to set up price quote. They were on time for the work. They delivered the service they promised. Very professional. Very courteous. I will use them again for sure and recommend them also.

Telephoned me soon after I posted on HA. It was late and they apologized for the call late at night. They wanted to know what the problem was with the AC unit. We set an appointment for the next day. Steve was here on time. I showed him the unit and explained what had happened and that I thought it may be a bad capacitor. He got his tools and took a look at the unit. As soon as he removed the cover, he said he could see that the capacitor was bad. He obtained one from his truck and the unit started right up. Problem solved! The total time from when he arrived to when he drove away was less than 30 minutes. Very pleased with his expertise and with the repair.

Eddie and Lennon are pros. They were the first company to call back after leaving a message I need help. I hired them to check the air conditioning and discovered it had a big leak. After looking and talking, the system including the furnace needed to be replaced. I decided to change the system after negotiating a price and they started to take out the old air conditioner and heater that afternoon and come back the next morning to install the new system. I asked Eddie if he could install a Nest Learning Thermostat I had purchased and he said no problem. They did cleaned up like they were never there. The new system works perfectly and with less noise too. Champion Aire Heating and Air Conditioning was the right choice to hire. Very satisfied customer and would hire them again for maintenance when needed.

We previously had another repairman come out twice, which cost us $760. He did troubleshoot, but did not fix the problem. Steve from Champion Aire not only discovered the problem (an electrical issue) but fixed it quickly and charged us just for the service call. Amazing. We were truly shocked and expected to pay a lot more. He said he just connected a few wires. Great service. This will be our go-to AC service in the future. Highly recommended!
