Champion Aire arrived at my home on time and gave me a competitive quote. The job was urgent and needed to be completed the following day. They came on time the following day, got all the problems taken care of. They were professional, courteous and expedient. I had other urgent matters to take care of while they performed the work and had to leave the house, and Eddie (the owner) communicated via text and phone every step of the way. Awesome job! Awesome work ethic! I would definitely hire them again and recommend to friends.

Eddie, Anthony and Jake make an awesome team. Very friendly and professional techs. Always explaining what is being done during install. Eddie goes the extra mile to be sure your family is safe if old equipment is not adequate. He really demonstrates interest on doing the job right and respects your planned budget. Install team kept work areas centralized, were quick to clean up debris and packaging. Very trustworthy crew. They even made sure no wrapping/trash was left behind and secured all access gates and doors prior to leaving. I am extremely satisfied with their service, most definitely can recommend Champion Aire for the job you are looking to complete.

Replacement was made with the utmost care and follow through. Many small details were performed that most would not take the time or care to perform. They coated the complete interior floor and sub floor air intake box. The installers Anthony and Jake were most kind, polite, and respectful, something you don't see in many people today. They truly cared about their work for it is a family business. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to any prospective client.

The two fellows who came out were very friendly and personable. They examined the ducts and I then had them sanitized. I also had the company come back the next day and they insulated my attic, which was in dire need of that. I would call upon them again if needed.

Great service from initial contact until payment. Trish was very early to deal with on the phone to set up our appointment. Steve arrived on time and was very pleasant to work with. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He changed our air filter and checked our furnace first. Then, he tested our AC compressor and it worked fine. He did find a lot of debris starting to clog the bottom of the unit. We agreed to have him acid wash the compressor to clear out the debris and prevent additional debris from getting in. Steve advised that this process would only be needed once every five years or so. He did a great job and I would recommend Champion Aire 100%. Keep it up.
