The company was pleasant, fast, efficient and kind. Home advisor app could be better at providing what to expect price wise. No complaints with the company but not happy with home advisor.

Excellent from beginning to end. Owner very helpful. It was a pleasant experience. They have 4 men here 10 hrs to make all the repairs and correct some the builder missed.

Great company who I've used before, and friendly, "real people" service. The only reason I gave a lower start rating on value was all we needed was a part that took five minutes to install and the price as $450. Granted, we got next day service and were not up sold to a new system, but the price just seemed a little steep. Still, they are good people and fixed our system right away.

Steve arrived 5 minutes early and our air conditioner was working perfectly 20 minutes later. He had the parts on the truck....he was friendly...knowledgeable and professional. Could not be happier!

On a hot Monday they were the company who was able to come out in less than 24 hours. The technician showed up on time and proceeded to look at the air conditioner. He recommended that the board be replaced but needed to order the part. I followed up the next afternoon and the technician told me he hadnt heard back from the company about the price and how long to get the part. When I called back the following Monday morning and the appointment person said he would call me right back after finding out what was going on. I called him back that afternoon and was told my job was closed and I was told it should be covered under warranty. I informed him this was the first time I was hearing anything about a warranty. According to another company my air conditioner is no longer under warranty and the problem wasnt the board. It didnt have any Freon in the unit.

Everyone Champion Aire was very professional. Response was quick. Work was clean. I like them, my wife liked them and my dogs liked them. I would refer them to friends or family.

The workers were very courteous and completed the work in a timely manner. The air conditioner has worked wonderfully with no problems.

Technician lead me to believe that an additional $398 was for service turns out it was for a service contract that I did not want. Technician install parts that were not needed. Called company to refund my $398 never got a response after that. Technician also took a part from my AC unit that I did not authorize. To make things worse my second AC unit still does not work. Championaire Rep. Steve sent me a text asking when can they schedule service again. Never ever will I use this company again. Rip off experts.

Everyone was exceptional in their customer service and expertise in workmanship. Always on time and completed the job quickly.
