Well, my problem was very easy and he let me know that it would be cheaper if I went and bought a new thermostat as opposed to him ordering one for me which would take about a day or 2 and it be more than I needed to pay. Told me how to install and viola, done. Perfect service, will use and recommend.

Tim and his crew were amazing. All work was done efficiently and cleanly. They corrected all the problems with our heating and air conditioning promptly. We loved them so much that we hired them to do all our service maintenance from now on.

I was very impressed by the work ethic of the guys that did the ducting and insulation work , long hours and a persistance to do things well. I now have a more comfortable house and a uniform temperture in all rooms.

Did a excellent job

The service tech David did a wonderful job of cleaning out the clogged dryer vent and did a fine job of inspecting and explaining to me the process and procedures of questions i had relating to the job.

i have not dont the job yet but most likely will hire them because of David the tech. he is professional and timely and friendly!

David came out and instead of just fixing my thermostat wiring and making money from that he informed me of the danger of my old floor furnace and took pictures to show me from under the house. He ended up leaving me an estimate to go over with my wife for a new wall furnace and insulation for the attic.

Everyone I dealt with was very professional. When the came out to provide an estimate they found an issue left by the last company to service my air HVAC where the return duct into the blower unit was unsealed. The quote I was given, to include fixing the problem that was left, came in at about half of what my previous company wanted to charge. The dispatchers and technician communicated with me any delays and whe the technicians, David and Donny, arrived, the went over everything they were gping to do and explained what they were doing and why throughout the process. Overall, I was very satisfied.

To be honest, at first, I was a little put off. Wen the technicians arrived they told me the special that was quoted to me over the phone was only for 10 feet. It was disappointing because I had identified the estimated footage to be much more than that on my original request. I had spoken to 2 representatives after that and neither mentioned the additional charges. However, the technicians all but made up for any pricing issues. David and Jeremy had exceptional customer service. My wife has in-home day care and many of the children were napping when they arrived. They were extremely accommodating, worked as quietly as possible and could not have been more helpful. They were informative, engaged with both my wife and I, and did a thorough job, (their work area was spotless.) The entire experience was excellent, and I feel comfortable and confident recommending their services and this company to others.

Very professional. Arrived as scheduled, stayed til the job was done and maintained a clean organized work area. Tim was very thirough and explained all the work being done (sometimes the dialog was over my head).
