Champion Aire Heating and Air Conditioning

Thomas of Champion Aire come to my home to resolve, what I thought was a very difficult problem with the outdoor aspect of my AC unit. It was actually arcing inside the unit. The sound it made was disturbing. I thought the unit was toast. Thomas opened up the unit and resolved the issue thoroughly and efficiently for the cost of a service call. I highly recommend this company based on my extraordinary experience. I am absolutely satisfied with Champion Aire.

These guys just try to sell you the service rather than focus on fixing the problem. Don't sell me the kitchen sink, just fix the problem. What happened to the old repair technicians who were there to help fix the problem, not just sell you more?

The technician at Champion Aire was great. His name was David D. He educated me every step of the way while repairing my furnace. As it turned out, it was a 2-step process as a part had to be ordered. He informed me of the timeline and kept in contact with me during the entire process. When the part arrived, he called me and was at my home within an hour to finish up the repair. He was neat and clean, professional and friendly. I highly recommend him and Champion Aire.

We had three contacts and they were the only ones that called us

They told me that in addition to a new furnace, the heat exchanger for the air conditioner should be replaced. They told me that if I did not also replace the air conditioner, I would need a new heat exchanger when I did. I bought a new furnace, new heat exchanger, and new air conditioner at an installed price of $6800.

We had David came in to perform diagnostic on furnace, and he was not only professional but also patient and helpful. It did not take him long to find the cause, and then he took time to explain and answer every question we had. With years of experience, David pointed out the insulation problem, which had been bothering us, and then gave suggestion and estimate of solution. My Furnace was not working properly and finally decided to get it looked at. I went onto Home Advisor and picked the company that had five stars. Andy called me to schedule someone to come out and check my furnace. Steve came out on 1/29/18 he was so nice and so patient with me asking him many questions. We negotiated a fair price to have my furnace replaced and his installers were available to install it within the hour. Anthony and jerry were both very nice and polite very clean they worked so hard they answered all my questions. I will need to have my AC eventually replaced and I would diffently use Champion Aire to replace it. Thank you Steve, Anthony and Jerry for all your hard work and getting me up and running.

I don't know where to start. The whole company gets a 5 star rating. Starting with the owner that answered the call through Angie's list in the evening, Steve stopping by the next day to look at our heater and the A-team crew that came out the same day to install. Anthony Remigio, Jerry Segovia and Enardo Solis where amazing! These guys are top notch.
