The guys that came to do the work were prompt, polite, friendly and cleaned up the area to perfection. The work looks great and I am impressed with the quality. Best of all, they only use American made products.

David was exceptional. Very professional. Went out of his way to explain everything thoroughly. Personality was warm and inviting. Would recommend him highly to anyone looking for a great professional. I would definitely use him again.

In the end, I have to commend Tim and his crew for doing a great job on my duct work, in addition to helping fix the original issue. Tim originally responded quickly to my inquiry, and stopped by my home the next day to check out what I needed done; we were experiencing a lot of bees coming out of our ducts, and he quickly identified a hive in the eaves of our roof. He made a phone call right there and then and arranged a service call from a local bee company to fix the problem, and explained the plan for removal of the bees one day, then replacement of my attic ducts the next day (with lifetime warranty), and then the final repair of my roof later that week- all nice and easy for us ! There was a hiccup in the middle of the job when the bee removal company were late in fixing the roof damage, but Champion kept us informed of the progress until everything was completed. We've had a challenge since installation to get the dampers balanced correctly, but each time I call for an adjustment Champion are promptly there to fine tune it - one more tweak should do it. After the job was complete I called Tim to ask technical questions about the type of duct material used (R-6), only to learn that we'd got a free upgrade to R-8 that should reduce our heating and cooling bills even more than expected ! I would definitely use Champion Aire again and would recommend them to my friends and business network.

Tim gave me a good deal and sent two professional, who were diligent in accomplishing the installation. They protected my home and did a outstanding job of clean up and removing boxes and trash and sweeping the area. They were very polite and knowledgable of their job, true professional.

Tim and Dave were so professional! Tim took the time to sit down at my kitchen table with me and explain exactly how the parts of my A/C worked and how the replacement parts would work. He showed me the old, broken parts and then the new parts once they were in place. Very informative, honest, and helpful! Finished the work in one day!

Eddie and Tim came and they did a fantastic job to check out the AC and Furnace and pointed out the the issue with competitive price. I decided to sign up Maintenance with them because they are very honest and good customer services. I highly recommend this company.

Replace my A/C duct. I received 4 quotes and Champion Aire offered the best price. Eddie (the owner) explained the project and started within a week. He was also the only one who called back when I left a message with a question about the project. Two days after the project was completed, on a Friday evening, I noticed some water dripping, from the ceiling on the bathroom counter below the A/C unit. I called Eddie and left a message. I did not know he was out of town. About 15 minutes later I received a call from Anthony (he was one of the workers who installed the ducting) telling me that Eddie was out of town but that he would be at my home in about 20 minutes. Anthony and Jose showed up, found that the drain from the A/C blower was clogged and was not at the right slope. (This was installed before I purchased the house). Anthony and Jose removed the drain under my bathroom sink and long story short fixed the problem. This was not their issue but they fixed it without any extra charge. I would highly recommend Champion Aire Heating and Air Conditioning.
