Could not handle large vanity that was being moved upstairs. Had to bring back larger crew the next day. Despite being warned that the vanity and top were fragile, box was apparently dropped at some point which broke the marble vanity top, which will cost me $500-$1000 to replace. This was not discovered until after they left. Also, we warned them to be careful of the new hardwood floors, but they put a HUGE gouge in the middle of our new wood floor with one of the items. Would not use again, as they don't seem to have professional movers.

I moved 3 times in 2 years and this was by far the best moving company I have ever used! They were very professional, organized, and extremely pleasant and friendly. I appreciated that they checked in with me prior to the move and they were right on time.They were very respectful of my things and the move, which included stairs and complicated parked was so smooth. I highly recommend them for any moving experience.

It all started when I called and spoke to Abi at the dispatch center. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He asked me about what I had in each room and provided a preliminary estimate. He suggested an onsite estimate with the Operations Manager would be the best way to provide the most accurate quote. Within a few hours I received a welcome call from John the Operations Manager to introduce himself and confirm our estimate for the following day. He was very pleasant and offered to bring me a beverage to the onsite estimate. I told him that wouldn't be necessary, but it was a great gesture. The following day John gave me a call 30 minutes prior to arrival and again offered to grab me a Starbucks because there was one in the area. This time I took him up on his offer and he brought me a caramel Frappuccino. When he arrived he was very polite and had on slacks and a button up shirt....not what I expected from a moving company. Not only did he bring me something he had little dog treats for my dog Hershey. As we walked through each room John took inventory and detailed notes on his iPad. Asking questions to make sure no detail went unnoticed. He gave me packing pointers and suggestions on how to make the move the most efficient AND AFFORDABLE. He even left a few moving boxes "on the house". I received my estimate within a few hours and had questions and called John at 7PM expecting to just leave a voicemail but he picked up and gladly answered all my questions. I happily booked my move with You Move Me. On moving day they didn't skip a beat. I received a call 30 minutes before the start time with an ETA. Kyle, the Crew Lead offered to bring a beverage. He brought my sister and I both coffees, which hit the spot at 8:00AM. Again, to my surprise all the movers were clean cut and wore polo shirts that were tucked in. Not you stereotypical movers. After a quick walk-through they got right to work. The crew of Kyle, Cristian, Tony and Mike packed my kitchen up in no time, wrapped all my furniture in moving pad and loaded up the truck. Before you knew it they were unloading the final piece. I have moved numerous times and this was the easiest, most stress-free experience I ever had. The icing on the cake was the cute plant they gave me as a home-warming gift. Such a thoughtful gesture. If you are looking for movers that CARE you need to give YOU MOVE ME a call. From a customer service aspect they were everything you DON'T EXPECT from a moving company. They were helpful, available when I had questions, punctual and kept their promises. Everyone I dealt with was amazing and so professional. They brought me coffee not ONCE but TWICE and gave me a plant as a gift. As movers they paid attention to detail and padded and wrapped all my furniture to prevent damages. I would highly recommend YOU MOVE ME to anyone needing moving services
