Description of Work: I had a very small area that needed cleaning - a short hallway and a path into the master bedroom. Quality Carpeting advertised a $75.00 special. As soon as he arrived the carpet cleaner person tried to "up sale" to pay $200.00. He said he really could not do a very good job unless he used this "Special" shampoo that was very good for tough dirt. I said absolutely not! He went on to say he would do the best he could. I did not appreciate the hard sell tactic and his pushiness. VDC

+ -1 moreI WOULD SAY A" C", BECAUSE I WASN'T HAPPY, IT HAD A BAD SMELL. HE GOT IT TOO WET AND FOR ABOUT A WEEK, IT WAS AWFUL. BUT OTHER THAN THAT, IT WAS OK. THE GUY WAS OK. HE WAS KIND OF A CHATTERBOX, BUT OTHER THAN THAT, HE WAS ALRIGHT. HE TALKED MORE THAN HE WORKED.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED THE CARPET IN THE HALLS, THE BATH, AND THE BEDROOMS.

+ -1 moreWE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. AS A MATTER OF FACT, THEY ARE COMING BACK NEXT WEEK. THEY DO A GREAT JOB EVERY TIME THEY COME. THEY ARE ALWAYS EARLY, AND WE REALLY LIKE THAT.
Description of Work: THE CARPET WAS CLEANED, AND ONE CHAIR WAS CLEANED.
