Exactly as planned. Graciously & immediately addressed any issues or concerns that arose. Owners are responsive & professional. Painter team was competent, well trained, quiet & personable.

Since this was a piece of carpentry, we wanted it done extremely well with no drips. We were very, very picky about it and explained that to them. They sent out a team that had a lot of experience doing exactly that kind of painting because it is different from normal wall painting. They were professional. They took very good care of the house. They did an excellent job in a very timely fashion.

Do not use this company! We used Precision Painting for a fairly large interior job that involved painting existing windows but the majority of the work was painting brand new interior doors and moulding that were pre-primed and smooth. We opted for spraying to avoid brush marks and have a cabinet-grade finish which is common in nicer homes. In addition we had wainscoting with Eric ensuring us that it would be prepped in such a way that it would really come out great. The painters were here for about 2 1/2 weeks and repeatedly we had them redo various work due to bad orange peeling or drips. It was amazing to us, either the equipment was malfunctioning or they simply were inexperienced. After the job was done we were particularly upset about the hallway after all the tarps were removed. You could see inconsistencies in the paint everywhere, we didn?t expect perfection with the wainscoting but it was just terrible anywhere light reflected off of it. We waiting quite a while, contacted Eric and to his credit he came back and agreed the work wasn?t up to their standards and they would redo all the moulding and doors in the hallway. He indicated they would use their very best painter., when they came over he communicated to the painter to finish it with a ?cabinet grade? finish. Unbelievably what resulted was an even worse job! The doors are absolutely horrible and practically wrecked, remember these were new doors. Eric dropped by while I wasn?t home and told my wife the doors had an orange peel primer base which was absolutely false. You can see lines on the doors everywhere due to bad spraying patterns. He repeatedly won?t take my calls, is not willing to stand by their work. You would be shocked if you saw the work. Precision Painting is simply a large company with unskilled workers that don't care about the customer. I would never use them on any project where you care about quality.

We hired Precision Painting to paint the entire exterior of our 2 story house in Oxnard, including the stucco and wood trim because we, too, read all the A ratings on Angie's list. It took the crew about 6 days, unsupervised by neither Evan nor Erik. The job was guaranteed for 2 years. Within 9 months the paint began to blister in small areas on a balcony rail. Evan sent someone out to sand, prime and repaint. Then, it blistered again, in a different area. This was repeated several more times, with more blisters spreading each time, but each time that Evan sent someone out to repair the paint he did not allow the worker enough time to make sure all the areas were taken care of properly. In January, we noticed huge blisters on the fascia board of our house, and upon closer inspection realized the paint is blistering everywhere! Evan complained that he did not know how to fix this, although he himself had never been out to look at the job--not once! The last "repair" performed by Precision Painting was sloppy and extremely unprofessional. Their worker painted directly over blistered, peeling paint without sanding the finish and without using primer. To make matters worse, they used a mismatched finish. The original paint was semi-gloss and the paint they used on the last repair, without primer or sanding, was eggshell finish. We asked Dunn Edwards, the paint manufacturer, to test the paint, thinking it might be defective. The results came back this week and the paint was found to be fine. Therefore, the problem lies with the prep, according to 3 other painting professionals we have consulted. Now, Evan refuses to do anything further, nor to warranty the work. He now blames the blisters on ?unknown sources in the paint,? contrary to Dunn Edwards' findings. We are senior citizens who have been victimized by Precision Painting because they would not stand behind a job gone wrong. Perhaps if the crew had been supervised this may not have happened. Most surprising of all, however, is their failure to inspect the blisters themselves, considering that this has been going on for so long, and that Evan has complained that he does not know how to fix this. This company seems great until you have a problem. Then, beware!

The service went well. Two painters came out and completed the job in 4 days. They did a great job with the cleanup afterwards. The pricing was fair and they were friendly. They are a popular company so scheduling was pushed out a bit. I plan on using them again to paint the downstairs and have referred them to others.

Everything went as planned/expected. I appreciated the care that was taken around the furnishings and the prompt arrival of the painting crew. The crew was professional and pleasant. Erik responded promptly to any calls and emails from me. I would use Precision Painting again and recommend them to friends.

It went beyond our grandest expectations! They were clean, professional, informative, great guys!

I primarily dealt with Evan who was an absolute professional. I had another quote which was $300 cheaper but decided to use his company because he impressed me so much and was recommended by several neighbors who used their services. His team was remarkably courteous and detailed in their painting. Despite having a whole house painted there was minimal interruption. The house looks great and I am happy I used them. They strive to keep the customer happy.

Exceptional! Highly recommend them. Everything went right: prompt response, informative consultation with Evan who obviously knows his business, scheduled within a week to go, painters arrived on time every day, cheerful, professional, expert workmanship, upon final review at the end of the job with the foreman (who was also very professional and accommodating, labeling the paint cans for me to keep, offering to carry them, etc.). I found nothing that was missed or needed attention, completely satisfied with Precision Painting. Friday, Saturday, and half-day+ Monday to complete. All their flyers they had at the front of my house were gone before the end of the first day.

This contractor is just like what prior reviews stated; punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Usually contractors like to criticze other contractors, not Erik, he was given an oppurtunity and he took the high road and did not criticize. He passed the test. This company is professional. the painters are long term employees and are both professional, clean, and all related, a real hardworking family. They arived every morning early before 7 am and worked all day to 5:30. They were responsive to questions and went the extra mile to fix and repair what was requested during the job. These guys like what they do and are happy to do the work, how refreshing! Now our house looks great and the neighbors are saying they will have to paint their home, I only hope the choose Erik, because we are glad we did! And we had 4 estimates and they all were competive, but we believe we got the best product from Percision. I will use them for interior work next.

Everything was excellent. They were on time, they did what they were supposed to do, and the work men were pleasant. We are very satisfied.

Before they even started Erik was a big help in helping choose the color I was looking for. The crew arrived on time, got right to work. They were professional, careful and very nice people. It was a lot of hard work, with furniture moving and 2 story ceilings and they kept the job moving. The result is beautiful and meticulously finished. I recommend them highly and plan to use them for my exterior next year.

This company is phenomenal. The workers were prompt every morning and worked ALL day long and well into the evening. Their prep work was excellent, making sure to tape and plastic every inch of what was not being worked on. Erik and his crew had no problem coming back multiple times to fix minor issues and to retouch areas. They scraped and retextured vaulted ceilings throughout quickly and with great detail. They sanded and sanded and sanded walls, baseboards, window casings until they were up to the high standard Erik keeps. After every day they cleaned up thoroughly not leaving any mess whatsoever. Erik is very approachable and is available for any questions. We had friends that used the company and were very pleased with the quality of work. We did have lower bids from other companies, but after speaking with Erik and explaining every step of the process, we decided to go with him and couldn't be happier. Our home looks incredible and we would highly recommend Erik and his Precision Painting crew to anyone.

These guys are true professionals, and I do mean all of them. We had as many a 5 painters at my home at one time and all were excellent. You can tell this company instills a culture of customer service and professionalism. Pricing was very fair and I'm not the easiest guy to please, but I was very surprised by how much I'm pleased with their work! Their name "Precision" says it all! I will definitely use Precision Painting again!

They did a very good job. There were three men working, they were extremely quiet. They cleaned up everything and left no mess. I don't have a single complaint, they were very easy to work.

Precision painted was fabulous!!! The work they did is bar none excellent! I would definately recommend them for any painting needs hands down! Evan (one of the owners) met me several times prior to the job and was extremely professional, well priced with no hidden costs, on time with scheduling and finish dates, always answered all my questions along the way and made me feel completely comfortable about the job being done. I felt so comfortable with this company that they worked most of the time without me being home or in the area. The crew is just fabulous and so polite-rare these days! I had the unfortunate situation of a prior contractor (KT Klima Construction) that absolutely ruined my home in many ways and one of them was painting. Evan and his Precision crew had to do a lot of prep work and detail work to undo the big mess. Precision turned my home around to looking excellent! I wish I would have known about them from the beginning! Save yourself a head ache and hire this company first. They will be returning to finish the entire exterior painting of my home shortly. We had our exterior of our home painted and this company consisting of the brothers Evan and Eric were amazing to deal with, oferring ideas and samples for us and the guys who did the actual painting were extremely professional, on time, efficient and just overall fantastic. Their work ethis was incredible which is hard to find these days. Great company, great crew. We will have our interior painted soona dn will hire these guys again and will refer them to anyone who asks. Great, great job.

They painted the entire inside of our house (which was a fixer upper) and scraped the ceilings. It went well and they did a very good job. There were some very minor details that they made mistakes on but when called on it they came right away to fix them. My wife and I would recommend this company to others.

They came in with a competitive cost estimate and were flexible about starting on our timetable, working weekends to meet our deadlines, and adapting to the distraction of having other trades in and out while they were getting the job done. Eric and his team were wonderfully professional, respectful, responsive and kept all their commitments. I even believe that if I found a problem or small missed item now (a month after they finished), that they would go the "extra mile" of providing service to me so I felt taken care of. Their work and professionalism is exemplary at a time when many are hustling to get work (and deposits) but not necessarily finishing strong and keeping everyone happy along the way. Can't say enough good things about these brothers and their team!

Our house looks Amazing! We couldn't be happier with Precision Painting in TO and the work that was done. Erik, Merrill and their team were terrific! All of them were very professional, punctual, conscientious, hard working and patient. I had a hard time deciding on a color and they were very patient while I made up my mind. :) They also went above and beyond with detailed touches and made our house look brand new. I would highly recommend this company and will definitly use them again. Our neighbors also used them a couple years ago and were very happy as well. I will tell all my friends who need painting work done about Precision Painting in Thousand Oaks. They do great work!

They were really flexible and trustworthy. We gave them the keys so they could open the house themselves. The house was empty but we could trust them to do that. They were easy to communicate with. We texted back and forth constantly. They did a lot for a reasonable price. They had to push the date back a little bit but they communicated well, we weren’t surprised by it. The only criticism we really had is that we wished there had been more clean up. There’s a lot of stuff left in other rooms and a few areas where they forgot to take the taping and covering off. I think at the end, there were small things that I wished they have spent extra hours to clean up before the job is done.

Very professional. They did a nice job and we were pleased with the result. Their pricing was not the lowest, but they did a high quality job and made sure that we were completely satisfied before they left.

Evan and the crew were very professional and friendly from start to finish. We are very happy with the quality of the work (including the prep work and clean up).
