Description of Work: Paul is always responsive and professional. He and one of his guys did a bunch of work at one of my investment properties last year. I am in escrow to sell it and the buyers requested some additional electrical upgrades to the exterior. Tommy came out and fixed everything perfectly.

Description of Work: My husband contacted them by email and Paul (I presume the owner), responded back immediately. He set up a day and time with my husband. He apparently went to a different or incorrect address and was not able to be here by the appointed time. My husband had to leave for work and Paul arrived about 45 minutes after the appointment with sincere apologies. I showed him the area in need of a new or different part. He looked at it and said he needed to "go shopping" and to give him a few days. This was on a Tuesday. Having not heard from him by Friday, I telephoned him. He apologized for not getting back to me and thanked me for "giving him a follow up kick in the pants" and said he would touch base with me the beginning of the following week. This is now more than two weeks after that call and we have not heard anything from him. I am assuming he cannot find the part, does not want to do the job, or has again forgotten. I will not be calling him again. I would have at the very least appreciated his letting me know that he would not be doing this job.

Description of Work: License Suspended - have not used this company. Was researching electricians for upcomming job and found that this company's license is suspended. Lic #704261. Just a warning for other Angie's List users.

Description of Work: They did everything they said they would with grace and style. I had an attic powervent, bathroom fan/light/heater and three outlets replaced. Had an unexpected problem that may or may not have been a consequence of their removal of the old attic fan. They fixed it without charge. I'd compared other contractors and am quite satisfied that I went with Fairway. And will use them on a subsequent garage electrical retrofit.

Description of Work: Called based on great reviews. Scheduled apointment for next day at 7:00 am (time was picked by contractor, not me). Waited till 8:00 am and left for work. Left contractor messages, and none returned. Two days later I got a call saying they were at my home. I explained they had the wrong date. This wasn't simply a mistake, because on the day they were supposed to show up I called and left messages. In any event, got an email a few days later asking if they could still do the work. Scheduled another meeting for them to come and give estimate. This time they showed up, but not to give an estimate, but rather, to do the work. I said no, I still have no idea what the cost is. He said it was $X per hour. They could have just said that on the phone. Anyway, he left, and I got a call 2 days later asking if I wanted the work done and I said ok and we scheduled the work for a couple days later. I took off of work to stay home. Another no show. Note, he called me to schedule the work, and he said he had his calendar open. How could he have missed it? I called and apparently woke him up. I thanked him for blowing me off again and hung up.

Description of Work: electricity went out in my office on Saturday morning and I needed to work over the weekend. Fairway came quickly and efficiently and fixed the problem. Repairman was lovely and professional.

Description of Work: Removed existing kitchen light fixtures and replaced them with new ones.

Description of Work: Replaced a dimmer that had burned out.

Description of Work: They rewired the kitchen and added one countertop outlet.
