It's about a relationship and referrals. We include all prices upfront. We do not charge for estimates and will gladly try to walk you through your electrical repair over the phone, if you're up to the task. I have been growing in the trades from 1975, from my first job in a lumber yard stacking lumber then building custom furniture as well as obtaining a background in plumbing. This led to my first job as an electrical helper at age seventeen, by the time I was twenty I was in charge of a Los Angeles based Company for seventeen years. We work with and for several Property Management companies and we have remolded a Ritz Carlton from the ground up in MDR. For the last several years we have been part of building many homes from the ground up and several remodels. NO JOB IS TOO SMALL, we work on all levels of service. We treat all customers with the same respect from the beginning of the job to the finish of the project. Goodwill comes back if you respect your customers. Description of Work: Requested a quote for other work - a) never received it b) sent us a message asking if they had completed the original job; c) send a message asking if they should proceed with the additional work - not having quoted it. Obviously, some problems with communication/professionalism. The tech who came out to "bury" the TV cables did fine.

Description of Work: Setup an appointment for 7:15-7:30am after communicating back/forth via email. Provider was a no-show on the morning and zero follow up afterward. I can't comment on work, pricing, etc. as they never showed up. My grade simply reflects on punctuality.

To you and to our future customers, please give me a call, sometimes a good kick in the rear is all i need. I might find out in the morning that some of my electricians are running behind. That being said this is my fault and i take full responsibility. Please take a 50% reduction for the first hour on any future service call you may need.

Fairway Electric8/10/2015 Hello {Member's name}, I talked with Oscar he a has described your track as a rail type. This is normally a very reliable system Not many parts to fail. The problem you are experiencing is intermittent by your definition. The dimmer is failing A contact with the power connection to the track is damaged or pitted or a transformer also might be failing. What this comes to is this we can start small and change the dimmer. This might resolve the issue as well as double check all connections for signs of pitting or heat. If that fails then change out of the transformer. AS you can imagine when the problem being random . It makes it difficult to pin down. Each Trip is $85.00 plus parts, you are more than welcome to supply parts. We will provide you with the manufactures model and part when possible Please call me if you have a minute 310 864 7171 Paul

Description of Work: The provider arrived on time and performed the install of 2 light switches with a great attitude and professionalism (especially since the call was at 7am). The motion sensor switch did not work after the install, it only comes on if activated manually. I called and sent an email to the provider but did not receive any contact back, to fix the issue. I was not happy with the follow up portion of the service call was not okay.

I just looked at my email for this last month. I Don't see your request again Please resend your request, I will always back our service 100 % on labor supplied . Description of Work: I have used them previously to install a fan in my bathroom. This time I had them come over to fix some problems I had with my outside lighting in several areas and a few minor things inside my house needed to be replaced. The tech also discovered a problem I had with an outlet in the garage and replaced. Went great their tech is fabulous and kept me apprised of any issues along the way. Will definitely use again.
