Description of Work: They did an excellent job of cleaning my windows. I wish the coupon had covered cleaning all 22 windows but it only covered 10 windows, cleaning the remaining windows at $4.00 per window pane was a little outside of my budget.

Description of Work: Castle Cleaners helped us get into our new home. They cleaned the air ducts (each vent), interior and exterior windows (we have a 2 story home with all french paned windows), made replacement screens for a couple windows, and also power washed exteriorly. The owner was very responsive and professional, and worked around many other people doing work at the house (painters, etc.). The price, while not the cheapest out there, was fair for the great quality of service and cleanliness we achieved. Would recommend.

+ -1 moreThey did charge differently than I had expected. They charged per window- a price for the inside and a price for the outside. I ended up having them clean only the exterior of the windows. The did an excellent job cleaning the windows. Two technicians came out for the job and completed it in about 2-3 hours. The owner and a helper came out. They were great at cleaning up after themselves. I had no problem scheduling the service and they were very efficient workers.
Description of Work: I hired the company to clean at least 12-13 windows and screens inside and out.

I had already paid what I thought would graciously cover the service. 2-3 technicians came out and completed the job in about 2 hours. They did do a good job and one of the technicians were pretty talkative. I had no problem scheduling the service.

I felt like they were trying to nickle and dime me. Two technicians came out and did do a good job cleaning the windows. I had no problem getting in touch with the company or scheduling the service.

+ -1 moreWe were very happy with them and they did excellent work. Their pricing was reasonable. Two technicians came out and completed the job in about 4 hours. I really liked that they did not pressure me into a contract but kept the pricing the same for me in the future. The technicians were happy to show me what they were doing and educated me on how to keep the windows cleaned. My only concern is that they did bend some of my screens. I had no problem scheduling the service and the owner was very pleasant to work with. He was easy to get a hold of and responsive.
Description of Work: I hired the company to clean the windows in most rooms of my home from standard single pane windows to french pane windows. They also cleaned the seals and tracks.

+ 0 moreThey were on time and gave me the exact quote before they got started (I was roughly quoted on the phone and the exact quote was actually a little less). The two guys were polite and professional. I asked them to take their shoes off when working upstairs and they constantly had to take them off as they went between the first and second floors. They remembered every time. They even helped me replace the air conditioner filter and install the new one. They love animals and spent time making sure my dog got attention too! I am actually looking forward to giving them more business and will be getting my windows, screens and tracks cleaned soon ($150 quote). I would request Josh if you have any word done, though I'm sure the entire team is great.
Description of Work: 12 air vents and the dryer vent cleaned with a brush and then vacuumed.

+ -1 moreThey sent me a heads up to remind me they were coming. They showed up bright and early with great attitudes and professionalism. Everything was done with detailed TLC. My next door neighbor even came over and hired them after seeing their work!
Description of Work: Joshua and John cleaned my windows, inside and out. They also cleaned the tracks and screens. They were extremely detailed and spent a lot of time on the project. All the furniture was replaced, and dirt that (embarrassingly showed up) after they moved the furniture, was gone, also! I rescheduled for 6 months from now, as the prices and service were exceptional!
