Description of Work: Loved the service at Agoura Sash and Door Brandon was very helpful, professional and patient when I changed my selections a couple of times. |The only reason for the lower rating (which had nothing to do with sales) was multiple issues with Milgard. I would never use the company again. Defective merchandise and long waits to get service.

Description of Work: We have used this company several times for exterior door hardware, and have always been pleased with their professional attitude. They were able to find us replacement hardware for our front doors that would allow us to use the existing holes in the doors from the hardware we were replacing.

Description of Work: We used Agoura Sash and Door for a remodel of our home on the recommendation of our contractor. Worked with Brandon who was great. We ordered several Milgard windows and a large French door for an addition I had several changes and Brandon was professional and accommodating. However,the Milgard company service and quality control was atrocious. It took us nearly 4 months to have everything installed after many defective products and a ridiculously long time for service. To the point where we will probably resort to litigation:-( So, I recommend Agoura Sash and Door but will never use Milgard products again.

Just excellent. |Buying the doors and working with the sales woman was a good experience, BUT the doors took a long time to be delivered, and the sales woman did not keep us informed about the delay. She had a family emergency and took her files with her home, which I find incredible, so when I called to find out what was happening with the doors, they had no information until they contacted her. It was quite unprofessional of both her and them. However, the products are of excellent quality. I would buy friend. Them again, but not deal with this unprofessional woman. | "

Description of Work: We ordered some parts for a door. We were able to pick them up at the store. Everything went well and the parts worked well on our door. We were happy with the service.

Description of Work: Agoura Sash and Door was recommended very highly by a Milgard staff member at the Milgard headquarters in Simi Valley. Brandon at Agoura Sash and Door gave me an estimate over the phone of what the two windows would cost (Milgard fiberglass) that I wanted replaced. He referred me to the contractor in Agoura who does their installations. I called this contractor, Doug Flint, who came to my home within the week to see my situation and then give me a bid. I waited three weeks for a bid, with no response from Doug to my call, other than a promise to send me a bid. I called Brandon on 7/22/11, and asked if he could help me get a bid from Doug. Nothing happened for a week. I left Brandon a message, and I also called Doug, who said he'd give me a quote that day. I never received the quote. I gave up, and moved on to attempt to find another contractor. I will not waste any more time trying to work with Agoura Sash and Door.
