There was a delay in the order due to some miscommunication but they quickly corrected it. The doors came in with an issue but it was caught at the warehouse, not after the doors were delivered. Appreciated their attention to that. A family member owns a contracting business and uses Agoura Sash and Door frequently with great results. That's how we found them and were quite pleased.

I was shown a selection of doors and options, doors were ordered, delivered and installed. No problems.

They were experienced and inventive, and most of all, after 2 years of not working, my shutters actually now slide. I worked with several different people from this company including a fellow who installed a mortise lock on my front door and fine tuned all my doors. Good job all, very professional.

Very professional. Provided new Emteck door knobs for a new home. Had trouble with an internet vendor prior to going to Agoura Sash and Door. Very nice people very professional and had my hardware within a week.

Everything was delivered on time but there were some errors on my windows and doors. The framing around the window was not constructed properly and some of the sizes were wrong on the door. I had everything written down for them but I felt they miss communicated with me on what I wanted and they did not order what we had talked about.

They were easy to deal with and they had a good selection of doors. Our door is very nice and high quality. They delivered the door in a timely manner. Everything they were involved in was great. They spent a lot of time with us and were professional and I did not feel any high pressure to buy anything.

There was an error made when taking measurements and the window was made wrong and delivered to us. I was okay with the error but it was the way they handled the situation and that Agoura Sash & Door Inc responded in a very unprofessional way. It upset my wife very much. We normally did not have any problems with them until now. I will not continuing doing business with them.

They don't do installations; they just sell windows. I called and told them I needed windows so they ordered them over the phone and then came out when the windows arrived. They have great customer service and found the windows that I needed right away. They ordered them as quickly as possible and I am fully satisfied with the windows. I did not have any problems at all. Their pricing was right on with the other estimates I got. The only time I went there was to pay.

Virginia Geen of Agoura Sash and Door came out to our house so that there were no mistakes on our order. I tried to save her a trip since we are nearly an hour away from her store but she insisted. (This was a good thing because I had made a few errors on the order.) Virginia always takes those extra steps to make sure that the client has a good experience. As before, she was punctual, knowledgeable and extremely attentive to detail and a pleasure to work with. Mark Santillano, who was recommended by Agoura Sash and Door, installed the hardware. This is the third time that we have used Mark. He is fantastic. He has installed windows and doors in our house and this time installed new hardware. (We have a house that is located on the top of a canyon with no sheltering vegetation. When the wind blows, we have driving, horizontal rain. Previously, our wood French doors always leaked. This has not been a problem since Mark installed new doors nearly 3 years ago. ) I would not use anyone else.

We are very disappointed !!!! Very poor experience!!! there are so many other windows companies to choose form and clearly this is not of the professional ones you want to deal with. We asked Brandon to come over to see the work. We scheduled with Brandon a day and a time but he just didn't show up !!! The installer came to us and mess up the windows. We now have silicon all over the frames and some damaged frames as well. silicon all over the drywall ? really very poor installation. For the $16,000 we paid them this is unbelievable.

Hard to find Baldwin wall bumper. Their supplier stocked this item at no shipping charge. Tommy was friendly and very easy to deal with. Would highly recommend this business.

HOWEVER, the installment of the windows was subcontracted to an independent "contractor" recommended by Agora. He was very unprofessional and his workmanship was very shoddy. Didn't seal the windows on the outside -- said when I hired a painter, the painter would seal them. Didn't clean up the broken glass and caulking from the old windows -- said his "guys" would take care of it later, but never did. When I reminded him that the debris needed to be picked up, he just shrugged. The plastic strips that cover/hide the space between the existing opening and replacement window (inside the house), were not measured correctly so they constantly buckle and gap. Again, when I pointed this out to the installer, he just shrugged and said "gee, that's never happened before," and did nothing to fix the problem. I'm now looking to purchase new front and rear entry/exit doors, and plan to use Agora again. I will, however, not be hiring anyone connected with Agora to install the doors.

Agoura Sash & Door Inc provided very good service and products. From the measurement, ordering, to installation, everything went very smoothly. We had the whole house worth of windows and sliding glass doors, and everything was around $5000. For a 2 story, 3000 sq. ft. house, that's not bad at all!

Agoura Sash & Door is the definite company to obtain all windows & doors. Joe Windsor, Sales Rep. is knowledgeable in all areas of replacements. I followed his advice for a full house of windows & doors replacements; yes, my electric bil has proved to be less. Mark Santilano did all my measurements and installation. Mark is awesome in accurate and precise installation, his work has been commended not only by myself, but also, by my neighbors and friends. I saved over $2000 for the same energy windows and doors by going with ASD verses the other companies that bid on my job. These are professional and very nice people. My home looks beautiful!

- We shopped for the style of windows we wanted., which were wood that could be stained or painted. - We found what we wanted through Marvin Windows. - We worked with Tim to come up with ballpark sizes, styles and 'types'. - Tim contacted the installer, Neil, to come out and do the measurements precisely. - Neil made three trips out... after his initial and subsequent visits, he still felt that he wanted to double-check everything so there would be no surprises! He even removed all the molding around the existing windows to determine the actual underlying structure to better advise Tim of what precisely needed to be ordered. - Windows were ordered, came in, and were 'perfect' - We did our own staining of the inside of the windows, and painted the outsides. When all were ready to go, we called Neil. - Installation started, was done in a logical order and without any issues. We love our windows, appreciate all the time and effort that AS&D put into our project, and can highly recommend them.
