Description of Work: House cleaning service. Used to much rotating staff. I would have preferred to have just one or two of the same staff. Some employees were very good some were poor. Not enough consistency.

Description of Work: This was the first visit from Susan's housecleaning and the owner - Susan met her staff member at our home to ensure everything began smoothly. Sarah did a great job with the first cleaning and we have engaged Susan's Housecleaning service on a regular basis. This is a top-notch, professionally run service and would recommend highly.

Description of Work: We were looking for someone who could clean for my elderly mother, and so far they have come to her home, I believe 2-3 times. She has been quite happy with the service she has received. She is going to have them continue to come twice a month. Again, very happy with all aspects.

 + -1 moreThey truly are the best. They will make arrangements to accommodate anyone's needs and I received a ten percent discount for mentioning Angie's List. They showed up on time and cleaned everything thoroughly. She charges twenty five dollars per hour.

 + -1 moreSusan came over the next day to look at the computer. Susan again said that she was very sorry and that since she manages a reputable business, she would take care of everything. She took the computer to a place that we requested. They confirmed that water killed the computer, and then she started blaming us and became intolerably rude. First, she said our computer was old and didn't warrant replacement. Then she flipped and called the computer store and told them to replace it, then she wanted a second opinion. We said yes to a second opinion, then she changed her mind and said she would pay for the replacement. Two days later she sent us a check for $200 and said that should be enough (and she deducted the $100 for cleaning.) The replacement cost us $400. She owes us a balance of $105. We cant get our printer to work yet either.
Description of Work: Our house was cleaned approx. 3 times by Susan's in 2007. Once her staff didn t clean because they forgot the key, and the last time our house was cleaned she showed up over an hour late. I thought that the service included cleaning blinds and window sills, but learned later that they only dusted with a feather duster. I choose Susan's based on a referral from a friend, the Angie's list reviews, and because her info said insured and bonded. Two weeks ago, the person cleaning put a bucket near our computer, and knocked it over onto our laptop and printer. My daughter was home, and saw that the computer desk was full of water, and the computer and the printer were wet. My daughter got her a towel, and the woman found my hairdryer and tried to dry computer. I called Susan within 30 minutes, and she told me that she would take care of everything and not to worry because she is insured.

Description of Work: My home is spotless. The best, after many almost try's. Things I would like done were done, with our my asking. I will cut costs else-where if needed, to have Susan clean my home. What a joy! They bring everything & just do it.
