+ -1 moreThe quality of service was good and they were very good in responsiveness. The punctuality was fair, as they had someone calling and fix an appointment and if they were late, there was someone to follow through. Their professionalism was good, too. I will continue to use them in future.
Description of Work: I used the services of Orkin Pest Control for pest control, sometime in July or August, 2011.

+ -1 moreI would never hire them again. The individual who came was not friendly. He came to a conclusion that there was nothing going on. He was even surprised that we wanted some precautionary measures like spraying.
Description of Work: I used Orkin for an infestation by an unknown pest in 2008.
