epoxy flooring
+ -1 moreI have a fear of contractors and "Hidden Fees". I felt NorCal representatives were "straight shooters". we worked together on scheduling due to the weather. The job done was excellent. They were true to their quote, and I spoke with several contracotrs first. One even wanted to charge $600 to "Assess the damage" prior to a quote. I knew the water damage could be worse once the deck was opened up, and I asked for a "Best case" and "Worst case" scenario. Fortunatetly we got the "best case" outcome. At no point did I feel that pressure to "Upsell" and the end result is wonderful. At no point was there that "Pressure" you often feel from other contractors. Honest people, fine work.
Description of Work: NorCal was willing to repair an area of our upper deck and then add afibergalss layer and then a decorative cement type topping. It looks incredible, and they were a pleasure to work with.
