Dave was the only roofer I called who didn't insist, sight unseen, that I needed a complete roof replacement after a large leak developed during a big rainstorm last fall. Dave's motto is "if it ain't broke, don't fix it," and he was true to his word. He found extensive wood rot from years of seepage, but only replaced the areas that were affected. He took pictures and showed me all the trouble spots before starting any work, explained his process and reasoning, and was generally very open and candid. He worked with two other guys, and all were polite and professional. The works was done quickly without delays. They don't cut corners with shoddy materials, and their focus is on quality and longevity. Dave is a good guy with old fashioned values, and 30 years of experience in roofing and related repairs.
