Description of Work: Purchased new kitchen cabinets and countertop from them. Assembled myself and hired a contractor to remove, old kitchen, saw cut slab to relocate plumbing and install cabinets. Ikea installed countertops. The Kitchen remodel was completed for ~$22,000 and looks fantastic!

 + 2 moreI thought that their estimate was low ball and then they came in and found change orders and they jacked up the price. So, from the $6,000 that I paid that they estimated, I already had to have the change orders for $1,700 more. I did not care for that. IKEA recommends different places, so they do all the construction work with the company that they recommend. The original estimate comes in low and then when they actually come in and do the work, they find other stuff which is going to happen everywhere but I had been going down my kitchen myself and had my walls exposed and then they came out and did the estimate. They should have spotted it on the estimate if there was nothing that was hidden behind the walls or anything like that. But when the electrical guy came in, he had the change orders for $1,700 more worth of stuff. My concern for other people is just probably beware of them coming in in the low ball on your estimate. Their work is great, I am just frustrated with the estimate. I liked the cabinets. They gave a 25-year warranty on the cabinets and they look great. They do great work, there is just the issue on the money. There are just so many things actually going on and they are swamped. But when they say that they are going to be here, they are going to be here.
Description of Work: I got an estimate from IKEA West Sacramento in May for kitchen remodeling including the electrical, the drywall, and all that stuff, and they started working two weeks after that. They also bought new cabinets for my kid.
