Alex was punctual and extremely hard working. I was amazed when I returned home to see just how much material he had cleared away. He has transformed our yards and we are very pleased with the results.

I had't let anyone prune them before, but I just don't have the energy I used to have to take care of all of the garden by myself. I am going to hire Alex to now do my re-planting in the yard.

I have a very old sprinkler system that had numerous leaks and needed most of the sprinkler heads replaced. I contacted Hermanos Flores Gardening and in a timely manner, Alex called me back and we arranged a meeting. He arrived on time and gave me an extimate for the needed work. I was going out of town and he worked me into his busy schedule to get the work done before I left. On the work day he and his workman arrived as scheduled. They dug out leaking pipes and repaired or replaced them. They dug up and replaced most of my old sprinkler heads. They were very careful about making sure there were no leaks in the system. They made sure all parts of my yard was reached by the water. It has been 2 weeks since they did the work and my sprinkler system has never worked better and there are no leaks that allow the water to run into the street. When Alex first quoted me the price for the work, I thought it might be a little high but I decided to hire him any way. I was wrong. The price was not too high. . They did an excellent job, worked very hard, knew what they were doing and they were worth every cent I paid. I would not hesitate to hire them and will hire them in the future.

Alex was a pleasure to work with. Came out to do an estimate and then we set up work. Was there on time. Work was of extremely high quality and done quickly. I was very pleased with the thoroughness of the work. Would 100% recommend and would definitely use his service again with no hesitation.

For the amount of work that Alex and his team did I feel like I received a bargain for the price. The team showed up on time and worked tirelessly in 102 degree heat, over 10 solid hours! We have never had a contractor who was as reliable as Alex . When we hired him he was just transitioning into the world of big estate landscaping so we got a a bit of a discount there . His pricing was better than 5 other bids that we got most of them from Angies list .Even with the very reasonable pricing ,it so happened that we needed more dirt than was estimated to fill in low points , He went ahead and did the work with the extra dirt , his focus was to do the job right , regardless of whether he made a profit , something we don't see anymore these days , He would respond to any concerns promptly. very professional in his interactions . We found his work to be the best amongst our neighbors who were charged a lot more by other contractor landscapers. Our landscaping has been the subject of envy by our neighbors . While we could have saved a bit of money by opting for a cheaper nursery to buy plants from ,we are satisfied as to the quality of the plants and the guarantee that they offer .Alex will send his crew to check on items to make sure everything is working well I will recommend him for small scale and large scale landscaping without any reservation

I called the morning of 7/15/2015 and left a message for someone to call me back. I had to leave for an appointment. When I got back home the was a message from Alexander, so I called him back. He told me he could come out next week. When I told him that I had water dripping and could stop it, He told me they would come out that afternoon. He came out after his last job of the day and fixed the leak and all the lines that needed new tips put on them. He was very polite and explained everything to me as he did the work. I would definitely hire the company again If I need anything else done in the yard. Carole Klatt

After the sod and large bushes were removed from the front yard, Alex and his crew brought in the river pebbles and moss rocks and the bark. They converted the irrigation to a drip system. He planted 1/2 of the drought tolerant plants that we pre-purchased while the remaining plants we planted ourselves since we did not have them at the time of planting. We did find that a few of the drips were not functioning properly so we replaced them. We rearranged the rocks to our liking for a more natural river bed appearance. The yard looks fabulous! We have received many compliments from our neighbors. Alex and his crew are hard workers and completed the initial cleanup in 9 hours. That was 16 years of overgrown bushes and leaf debris! His prices were overall very reasonable and he HAS the machinery ie sod removal machine and stump grinder and the manpower to get the job done! Alex was present and working on both days with his crew. It is amazing that 16 years of overgrowth could be magically transformed in 2 days! I highly recommend Hermanos Flores!

My back yard was very overgrown with weeds; the roses and shrubs had not been trimmed; trees had not been pruned properly; because of the drought, much of my landscaping has died or has been transformed over the past few years. Alex and a coworker came to my house and in one day did the work it would have taken me several months to do myself. And they cleaned up the yard so much better than I could do. The trees are free of dead wood; the roses are trimmed and shaped; the flower beds are weeded and cleaned up. My daughter and her friends say my yard has never been this clean. All I can say is WOW!! My yard looks great and I can enjoy it for the summer! I have set up a regular service with Hermanos Flores Gardening.

It went really well. I contacted Alex by sending him a text message through Angie's List. It took him a day (or two) to respond to my message, but we're both busy. We set up an appointment so he could give me an estimate for the work. He arrived promptly and, after discussing the work that needed to be done, we scheduled the work for the following week. I had an afternoon appointment, and I was honestly a bit skeptical that the work could be finished in that amount of time. Alex assured me it wouldn't be a problem. He and his partner were able to finish the work in an afternoon, and they did a great job. I will definitely use them again.

The team did a fine job, and cleaned up my severely overgrown and weed-infested property in a couple of hours. They performed a similar service last year, except that time they also removed about six trees. In both cases I was quite satisfied.

Alex did a great job! He responded quickly to my requests via messaging on Angie's List. Very accommodating to our request to adjust date and time due to my jury duty and inclement weather. Very polite, professional and hard worker.. Completely satisfied with the results and offered suggestions with our sprinkler irrigation system. Was nice how he made sure I was satisfied with everything before he left, and cleaned up everything.

It was done quickly and well. I have had difficulty with finding gardeners in the past. Will use for ongoing service.

They were very good. They were available within a week from the time I purchased the big deal. The yard looked very clean when they got done. They did a great job and I was very happy. The girl that did the scheduling and everything was very helpful and I don’t know if that was his wife. I ended up having to reschedule a couple of times and she was great. So they were just very helpful with the scheduling and very customer service oriented. I was very pleased and I definitely got my money’s worth. I feel they definitely did more than the $149 worth of work. I got a great deal and they did a very good job. They were great.

He doesn't understand how to do his business but might have too many customers and not enough help. I had to call Alex and was lucky if I got a call back. I am on good terms with the service provider.

Hermanos Flores provided us with excellent service. I didn't have to worry about whether or not they would come on time, or if their quality of work would be lacking. They met my expectations. Alex was honest about the additional cost (extra plants and replacement of some new pipes) after we had signed the contract. He made us feel comfortable every step of the way by keeping us informed. The initial contract was also detailed and categorized, making it easy for us to understand. The cost of the work was very fair. We would definitely recommend him again.

He does a wonderful job every time, he is quick and efficient and my lawn is perfectly manicured every time.

I am a repeat customer and as usual, Alex's performance was excellent. He came promptly at the appointed time with his uncle and a junior aide. He knew exactly what our lawn needed---a professional trimming and cleanup. He reviewed with us what he was going to do and basically just performed the work. In appreciation for their great service, we provided them with a pizza and sandwich lunch. A few days after the work was performed, we noticed one of the sprinkler heads was unintentionally cut off during the job. Alex readily came to fix it after a few days. He even checked all our sprinkler heads and the sprinkler schedule. He fixed some bubblers to ensure that our fruit trees were getting much-needed water. Alex not only does the job he agrees to do, but does it completely and professionally. This is the reason I am a repeat customer. I would recommend him to anyone needing similar lawn and gardening services.

Hermanos Flores Gardening provides mowing and blowing/landscaping services for two properties owned by us. Alex is easy to communicate with on email, their price is comparable, and service is punctual and good.
