The communication has been acceptable; no problems. The lawn/grass was cut as discussed. I was pleased to see they trimmed the azaleas. They also took it upon themselves to trim my rose vines; they were in need of a cutback. I have not noticed anything to complain about. Since this is my first experience with hiring a lawn care service I have to say I'm very pleased with the work.

Contractor arrived on the Sunday (he was in the area, he said) we posted our e-mail for an estimate. Quickly provided an estimate for the root work and leveling. He arrived at the agreed time, set to work with mattock and shears, cutting the roots, chopping out the rootballs, some a foot in diameter, and tree roots I had not noticed, some 2-3 inches in diameter, filling a 90-gallon yard waste container. He then deep rototilled and leveled the entire area and was finished approximately two hours after arrival! His business card says, "hard working"! He was all of that and more! He provided a cost estimate for the sod/azalea work about a week later as requested. He returned two weeks later, with another person, and the two applied one-half yard of quality topsoil amendment, planted the azaleas, applied fertilizer, and installed the sod, finishing all work in about two and a half hours. When he would arrive, he first assembled all of his materials and equipment, reviewed with us what he was going to do, obtained our concurrence, and started work, never stopping until completion, checking with us confirming he had done as agreed, removing equipment, and doing a complete cleanup to our satisfaction. He explained what we were to do to maintain and ensure the sod and bushes were properly cared for, requesting an e-mail in about a week describing the current condition of the work. All-in-all, an excellent job and a pleasure to do business with him.

I was surprised that they also had a leaf blower and took care of the leaves that accumulated under the bushes around my lawn. I didn't expect that. Good service. I am going to continue to use them.

They were punctual and did a great job every week for all 4 weeks.

IT went very well. Alex left me a message about what day would work. they showed up and did the work.

Alex was great and followed up if he was running late. Professional at all levels.

I am using them ongoing. So, far they are charging us monthly cleanup fee and then we will start the regular service. For cleanup, I am using the deal of four weeks cleanup service that Angie's List published.

Its the first week of four, and so far so good. MY YARD LOOKS GREAT.

Again, since we have not finished the originally scoped work, I cannot comment on the overall performance. As an interim review, they are doing quite well and we're happy with their performance.

Hermano Flores arrived at the agreed time. They did the mowing, edging, trimming and cleanup very quickly and efficiently. They were professional and courteous. Alex took the time to listen to our questions and already scheduled us for other work to be done. We are extremely pleased.

I though he did an exceptional job service on both the front and back yards

alex and his workers arrived and performed their lawn cleaning service after consulting with me. the standard care was my expectations, but they did much more. leaf clean up, aerating, fertilizing. my neighbor was so impressed that they hired alex's crew. i will continue to stay with alex after the big deal is finished.

everything was done in a professional way and as wanted

First of all, I ordered my Angies deal on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 in the morning. By the time I was off work I received a phone call from Alex who was already working in the area and came by with one of his crew members to see what I needed for my yard work. Alex and his crew member walked around the front and back yard with me and said they could start work on the following following Tuesday at the same approximate time they were there. This is perfect as they would be there after I would be home from work. They have been to my home twice so far and I am beyond satisfied. The HERMANOS FLORES GARDENING crew show up get to work and they are extremely thorough. My yard looks fabulous. When my deal is up I plan to hire them on a monthly basis as the price is right. There is one more awesome bonus; I have had estimates on my yard landscape needs and receive rather large estimates. Alex informed they work with their customers in a manner which is far more financially conducive for our needs. He offered to provide an itemized estimate and can pay for one task at a time. This is truly golden as coming up with $4,000 to $6,000 is difficult, but coming up with $600 or $700 is easy as long as we are both patient for the process. Again, I couldn't be more satisfied with the HERMANOS FLORES GARDENING Company.

I thought he was very good, he was on time and did a good job.

Initially, Alex came to our house to check out our yard and give us an estimate. He carefully summarized all the work that we needed done and his price seemed reasonable to us so we hired him to do the job. He and his staff arrived promptly on the date we agreed upon and methodically went through our whole yard cutting, trimming, pruning trees and cleaning up. At day's end, their hauler was filled to the brim with tree branches and leaves. All leaves on our street were also cleaned up. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with Alex and his staff. Alex gave us pointers on what to do during these months and asked me to call him in about 4 months to check what else may need to be done at the yard at that point. When I asked him about repairing a wooden door, he advised against doing anything now since it would still be good for another year. He wanted to save me some money! He is honest and hardworking. He even helped get rid of a couple of branches that fell off a tree from my daughter's yard which was about three houses away. I would not hesitate to hre him again. In fact, I mentioned his service and business name to my in-laws and they hired Alex to do their yard work too!

The guys from Hermanos Flores Gardening do a good job, I would certainly recommend them.
