Very poor customer service. I asked for information regarding weather stripping for my window, and they were not willing to help or provide any information on what I could do to fix it. I was able to get the name of the material that was used. Annamarie Chambers was very abrupt and discourteous. Through this simple interaction, I would never use this company's services.

Glass West did an excellent job. They ere fast and left the job site neat and clean. They trimmed the new sliding glass doors and they looked great. I would definitely them again.

I called West Glass to get an estimate on replacing 4 large panels of commercial retail windows with Security or laminated glass as well as replacing 6 display cases glass that were broken during a robbery. David answered the phone and he seemd having a bad day. He was short and rude on the phone. When I asked him to send someone for an estimate, he asked me to measure all windows and he would give me an estimate over the phone. When I explained to him that it was too many glass panels to measure and that I needed an expert to get measurment, he simply said that thay didn't just go around and give estimates. Well, I ended up going to another company and spend a total of $2800.

We called several companies and Glass West was the only one that would replace glass on a weekend. All the others would only board up the window over the weekend, and replace the glass the following weekday. And Glass West had the lowest price of anyone they called. We have an old house and the panes of glass are held in with putty. The putty job they did was not perfect, but they were so responsive that we will definitely call them first if we need glass repair in the future.

Great experience all around, from the guy coming out for the estimate to the installation, to calling on the phone for various needs. Responsive and professional. Very impressed with these guys--very focused on the customer, and good communication. Also came in cheaper than the other guys. A+++ experience.
