Bud's Tri County Tree Service was very reslonsive and provided excellent service. They assessed the problem and provided 5-6 employees for the big complex job of taking down the 70' oak tree in the backyard. Since access was a problem they employed their excellent tree climber staff to mamually cut and lower lbs over 5 long, hot days. The staff are all pleasant and professional and willing to go the extra mile to complete a job and satisfy the customer. I was so relieved to have them show up each day and take care of my big problem.

I called Bud's Tree Service in West Sacramento and had to leave a message. At 5:10 PM the same day Al returned my call and I explained our dilemma. At 6:00PM the same day he was at my front door. From West Sacramento to Cordelia. (No easy task, Rush Hour Traffic) He offered a more than fair price for the tree removal and stump removal. He scheduled us for April 10th at 7:45 AM. His crew was at our door at 7:45 AM on the 10th. They didn't start up their grinding machine until after 8:00 AM just incase there was a noise abatement area. By 2:30 PM they were sweeping up any tree residue caused by them during the removal. They even helped me put back my lean to where I park my car. I almost wish we had another tree go down so we could get them back.

My trees had grown very dense and full of crossing branches and dead wood. One tree was overhanging the house. Bud's did two days of work to clean up all the trees, and remove mistletoe. They have staff who climb the trees using ropes - no spikes that can damage the trees. They did a very good and thorough job of trimming that was also aesthetically pleasing. All the cut branches and twigs were removed and shredded into their truck and taken away. They were prompt and courteous both during the estimate and during the work. From previous experiences with other tree companies, I believe their prices to be fair. We will hire them again.
