Rich bas done several jobs for me. The following is just an example. Rich was very professional, responsive, & efficient. He does meticulous work & was very honest & up front about what to expect during the project. I should have listened to him when he advised me to use the existing gas line to install a gas unit instead of electrical but I was stubborn thinking I would get solar to cut the costs. I'd highly recommend Rich for any remodel work you need. He has also remodeled my bathroom & kitchen.

It went very well. Contractor worked with us on design elements and checked in periodically to ensure it was meeting expectations. Also consulted and advised on potential problems and provided options to reduce costs if desired. Worked hard to meet the deadlines for completion and stayed late when necessary. Final product came out beautifully.

The project went very well overall. It was delayed by external factors but Rich Arcona was always on top of the work, and knew what needed to be done in what order. His attention to detail and the overall quality of the job was excellent. He was prepared to put in extra hours when needed. My only complaints were that he was sometimes unavailable because he had other work on (clearly, he was in demand), and that he was slow in submitting invoices for the work he'd done. Sometimes the written scope of the work could also have been clearer--there's a joint responsibility on the client and the contractor to have the same understanding of what's being done and what's not being done.

Rich has been very easy and flexible to work with, and the quality of his work is excellent. He has been able to propose good solutions to some challenging problems with this old house. He also cleans up after he's finished, which is a great habit for a contractor :-)
