I have known and worked with Nancy The Organizer for many years. I regard her consummate professional. Nancy needs no directions, and she knows exactly what to do. and I appreciate her help! I don't have to be at home next to her telling what must be done. I left everything in her hands; she organizes my place very meticulously, there were no details that escaped her eyes, she is a perfectionist! I have lots of stuff and I don't know how, but Nancy managed to make room for everything, using her common sense, creativity and imagination. She is a pleasure to work with and I am thrilled with the final outcome. Nancy helped me organize things that I never thought of. I’m so grateful Nancy is in my life. My experience with NTO and her work is inspirational.

Better than I expected. Nancy is the best organizer!!!!
Description of Work: I have a large house but I have things that are cluttering, These items are old and outdated. This made my life uncomfortable and over whelmed with this mess, I needed to find someone that is a knowledgeable in organizing my home to simplify my life. I was surfing the internet to find a Professional Organizer who can help me to organize my home. After many hours of searching I found Nancy The Organizer to help me with my situation. When talking with her on the phone she seemed to understand my situation and what I was looking for to have done. We setup a time for her to come over and asset my place. When Nancy arrived we went trough and classified all items in each room, then I left her to do what she knows best. Coming back for work I noticed the incredible changes Nancy had made in the master bedroom. She surprised me and I was so happy for choosing Nancy The Organizer, she absolutely exceeded my expectations. When Nancy finished the job, my dreams for having an organized house came true. I want to continue using Nancy once a month to keep my place organized. Nancy is responsible, reliable and confident about her work. I would recommend her to anyone that needs a Professional Organizer. Without a doubt she is the BEST!!!

I own a Tennis coaching academy and I'm very busy, sometimes I work 7 days a week, there is not time for me to organize my paperwork. Fortunately, here is when Nancy The Organizer enters to scene, and then there is a before and after, everything has changed in my office and in my life. My office was so disorganized and overwhelming accumulative cluttered that it was becoming increasingly more difficult to get anything done. I spent a lot of time spinning my wheels looking for things than I did working, there is a price to pay for being disorganized, and I know about it A friend of mine recommended NTO to become better organized and more efficient, saving stress, frustration, and MONEY, because "Time is Money?. After NTO, I no longer look at a paper and move it from place to place and then forget where I put it. I no longer look for a file which I was looking at just two minutes before. With the Smart system and knowledge that NTO provided me, my office is now organized and I have been able to spend my time more productively. What else can I say about Nancy? She is terrific, Investing in NTO has saved me hours upon hours of searching for my paperwork, and she created a functional system that really works. Nancy is a real "Professional Organizer" her skills in organizing are exceptional, She surpassed my expectation!" Oh yes, she did! The project took longer than I expected but not because NTO was working slowly. Organizing takes lots of planning and execution. It would have taken me 3 times longer to do what NTO did for me! She arrived everyday on time and worked the hours that we agreed to everyday. She communicated with me often while respecting my time. Some days I was available to work with her and other times I was not in the home while she worked. She was completely trustworthy. Everyday she left the space that she was working in clean so that our space was livable in the evenings while we were in the process or organizing. I will be recommending NTO to everyone. She was professional, courteous, respectful and communicated effectively what she was doing and made sure that I was happy with her work as she was working. She kept a log of the time that she worked everyday so there was no disagreements about her hours worked. NTO gives you great value for the price.
Description of Work: NTO organized my house and my life! She went through every piece of paper, clothing, misc. items, etc. and we decided together whether to keep, donate or throw out. She had great suggestions on how to utilize my existing furniture as well as creative ideas for new furniture and items that I should purchase that would not only look better but be functional for keeping things organized. Our 2 bdrm in Santa Monica is about 1,000 sq ft and NTO decluttered it and made it look new and functional. She labeled all items in the kitchen as well as in the closet (storage). She even helped me find a cleaner and worked with her to deep clean the kitchen (even the oven & cabinets). She organized my hallway closet, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedroom closets. She even took all the trash and boxes to the trash...she didn't leave it in piles for me to deal with later.

Nancy was very punctual. She called ahead of time and sent a list of the necessary supplies we needed. Everything was packed beautifully and not a single item was damaged in the move. That included some very fragile crystal.

Nancy The Organizer Is amazing! She?s punctual, responsible, respectful and reliable. When she showed up at my house, I explained my goals and she understood everything right away. I realized right away that Nancy would meet my expectations. We tackled the clutter first, then she hauled away all the recyclables and handled arrangements for items I wanted to donate to the Salvation Army and Boys and Girls Club. Nancy is easy work with and hardworking. I can't say enough good things about her. The result was worth the expense, because wow, what a relief to have my place organized in way that I can find what I?m look for when I need it. Nancy The Organizer met all of my goals. Now it?s such a pleasure relaxing in my living room. Thanks so much Nancy!

It went great! Nancy had us take a good look at what we had and had us donate or throw away anything that wasn't necessary. The organization system she put in place is still in tact a year and a half later. Nancy really thinks about why things need to put in a certain place. It makes it so you really instinctively know where things belong when you're looking for them or putting them away. We'll definitely be giving her a call when it's time to re-do the office!

Very smoothly.
Description of Work: Nancy Do is a terrific organizer, very high energy and detail oriented. She is friendly and very nice to have around! Makes the time pass quickly! She stays on task and is the hardest working person I have ever hired, for anything! She will, literally stay 12 hours if she needs to. If you ever need a professional organizer (and it is Spring cleaning time!) she will help you out immensely. From every book, to old clothing, to pieces of silverware, to loading boxes for Salvation Army, which were some of the things I needed this time!, she is a work-horse. My house is large and was quite a project! Happy Spring!

It went very well. She was on time every day, had a good attitude, and worked hard. She could handle a lot of physical work and really demonstrated a great skill for organizing.
Description of Work: I had her help me sort out my possessions, pack them, organize. Went through inventory and box and store them in preparation for moving.

If you are prepared to have all the supplies needed, I feel Nancy would be a great help. However, in my stressed frame of mind, I was looking for someone who could say to me, "Don't worry, I will take care of everything!"
Description of Work: Well, Nancy is a lovely person, but unfortunately just didn't inspire confidence that she could do the job for me that I was expecting. We are moving from a large condo into a very large home. The biggest problem for me was Nancy doesn't drive. I needed someone who could pick up packing materials and drive from the condo to the home with my things. And, the time she was quoting me for packing and unpacking seemed longer than I thought was actually necessary. If you have a small project, I would definitely give her a call.

I was extremely impressed. I would her five stars. It was superb. She managed to organize my whole apartment before I moved. She managed to sort my apartment very quietly and she organized it lightening fast. If the work takes 6 hours or more its only $16 p/h but if its less in $18 p/h.
Description of Work: She is an organizer and packer. She will organizes your house. She does dishes and laundry. She cleans and she organizes clothing.
