Ben is an incredible guy as well as businessman. I had the opportunity to work with him on two separate homes in regards to proposals, and finally had a chance to hire him for our new home in Burbank, which involved the removal of four layers of old shake roofing, new plywood, and insulation. When local suppliers were out of stock on the particular shingles we wanted, he found samples and a supplier well over an hours drive and delivered them to my office for review. I was blown away by his efforts. Also, I am not a roofing expert so I asked some family members with a great deal of experience, and everyone said it was clear from the start that Ben wanted to do a great job and it was clear he was trying to give us as much value as possible for what our budget afforded. Since the completion of the roof, Ben has been generous with his time, and just the other day, offered free advice on a project and even took the time to FaceTime me, which I am grateful for. Our roof looks great, we survived our first rain storm, and if I ever need a roof again, he would be my first call. I highly recommend his services.

Vision Roofing did an excellent job and I am very happy with my new roof. Mine was a little challenging, because I had another company remove my solar panels, then Vision did the roof, and the other company reinstalled the solar panels, which complicated the permit process. Ben was very helpful and patient and we were able to coordinate the entire process successfully. Ben's crew was extremely professional and friendly, and the left my house and yard cleaner than when they got there. They started and finished exactly when they said they would, which made my life easier. I really like and trust Ben and Vision Roofing, and you should too if you want a great roof at a fair price.

When choosing a roofing company for my recent, emergency repair, I relied heavily on my past experience as a business owner in the construction trade. I considered cost (of course), legalities such as licensing, etc., but also references and a company owner's relationship and reputation with his own employees. I hired Vision Roofing and such things as timely responses to questions, professionalism, quality of service and thoroughness of execution left me very pleased that I did. Ben, Pepe and crew were wonderful! I hope I don't need such damage control again, but if i do, I won't call anyone else!

I had bids from five different roofers and Ben was definitely the most detailed and thorough and answered all my questions very professionally. I had my entire roof replaced back in October thankfully before all the rains so this is a very overdue review. Roof holding up great with all the rain thanks to Ben and his team.

I had quotes from three roofing companies, two of them offering only extensive replacement work that didn’t fit our needs. Why replace a couple whole sections of a 30-year old concrete tile roof now when there’s only a small patch of missing tiles on each? The rest of the roof is still going to be 30 years old anyway. The other company took nearly a month to get someone over here for a look, said they’d do the repair that I asked for, then took 12 more days to email a quote. I accepted that, asked about their schedule, and was told they’d get back to me. That’s where it ended. No more response. Then, I found Vision. Their business address is close. I stopped by to submit my request, and left. Ben Elbaz was already calling me back when I got just a few blocks down the street. He came to the house the same day. We also looked at our other house a few hundred feet away, where I had almost finished some work myself. Ben found a few more issues there that I wasn’t going to mention. I got a quote for the necessary damage repair, finish-up of my own uncompleted work, plus his roof “tuneup” on each house that would take care of whatever else needed attention. A bit more than I was seeking, more expense, but sensible as long as the tuneup was something worthwhile. Next morning, I texted Ben “let’s get started”. He brought a crew of two, who got it all done in one long day. I thought my uncompleted work had gone pretty well, but they evidently thought otherwise. They started over. Got rid of an unused chimney pipe flashing that I mistakenly thought I wanted 30 years ago, and closed up the useless hole with new ply sheathing and tile. Two upstairs bay windows have half-pyramid shaped tile roofing over them that didn’t turn out so well when the house was built, they’ve been ugly from the start. Unbelievably, these roofers fixed them up and they look pretty good now! I didn’t even ask them to do that. The tuneups were worth it, absolutely. And this good stuff all happened just Four days after I first contacted Vision Roofing. We’ll likely get a few more years out of our roofs, then call Vision Roofing again. Thanks, Ben!

Such a fantastic team of kind people! They were so respectful of our space and worked so quickly. They cleaned everything up and the house now looks fantastic with the new roof! This has been the one of the best experience on a major house work. Changing the entire roof was due. Ben, Owner of Vision Roofing, was responsive, very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and more importantly transparent about the work expected, materials, and cost. Ben, visited us several times, first to take the measurements, and explain the process. returned with selected materials, and laid it out on the roof for us to review how it would look. The contract was well drafted, with details of materials, dates, materials, and payment information. Once we signed the contract, Ben was able to start a week prior to the original start date and completed it in 4 days flat with a complete inspection. The demolition was done fast with care, clean up of the debris was thorough; Installation was done by almost 11 members of the team. The work was very professionally done, on budget and before the time commitment. I highly recommend Vision Roofing and Ben for roofing projects.
