This locksmith gave me excellent advice. Although they could not change my lock because I live in an apartment and would need the consent of the Landlord, they gave me excellent direction as to how I could solve my problem.

I love these guys. I have used them 3 or 4 times over the last year. They are always very responsive and get the job done.

I have used Emerson numerous times during the years, and have always been satisfied. I called for an appointment and Ronnie arrived well within the 1 hour window in which he was supposed to arrive. He was polite and professional and completed all the work within 20 minutes. I thought the $55.00 charge was very reasonable. I will use them again.

I called Emerson's because the lock on the front door of my home was not working properly. They gave me an appointment for a service call the next day and the technician arrived a little early. He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired what was wrong with the tools and parts he had readily available in his truck. He also made me two new, higher quality keys right on the spot. I paid by credit card and he was finished within an hour. Cheers to my neighborhood locksmith!

Helpful advice; accurate key copies

Emerson's is my neighborhood locksmith, with a storefront that is extremely convenient in case I need to go there, so I really didn't consider phoning any other place when I wanted to re-key locks in my recently-purchased property. Ronnie was on-time for our estimate appointment. They were pretty busy, so I had to wait a couple of weeks for them to come and do the job, but Ronnie showed up on time and did the work at the negotiated price. These guys are polite and professional, and I would use them again.

Technician arrived on time and installed new lock set quickly.

Was second time I've used Emerson's. They're great. They came highly recommended from my realtor and he swears by 'em too.

I called Emerson Locksmith. They were busy with a customer, but they called me right back. We scheduled a time for them to come over the next day. They were prompt and efficient in their work.

The man in the shop was very friendly and asked questions to ascertain what needed to be done. He scheduled an appointment and said the locksmith would call, before he arrived on the day. This morning, I got the call and the locksmith came straight over. He was very friendly and explained everything, as he fixed the locks. He made a few extra keys for me without charge, oiled my front gate and cleaned up after himself. The charge was very reasonable and when I mentioned the hardware store which had recommended them, he told me a bit about the company's long history in the area. I would recommend them to the most particular person. When a different locksmith had serviced my gate (before I joined Angie's List), I received the same friendly, high quality service.

THE FACT THAT THEY CAME OUT ON TIME WAS IMPRESSIVE. IT'S JUST THAT THEY DID SOMETHING WITHOUT DISCUSSING IT. THEY JUST KIND OF PLAYED WITH THE WORDS.
