The quote for repair was over $400 and we sent another plumber who replace a failed valve cartridge for less than $50.

Ernesto showed up as scheduled and snaked out a deep clog in our shower drain line. He cleaned up after his work.

AM PM Plumbing Inc were very punctual. We were very pleased with the job. Unfortunately, we live in an old house and it ended up being more complicated so it could not be resolved quickly. We will use them again. I think the first day he said he will come at 3 in the afternoon and he was here 3 in the afternoon. We discovered a big honking, spraying, gushing water emergency kind of leak in the Summer and the person we have had was ill and couldn't come and so we needed someone quickly. Everything ended up being expensive. I think it's not his fault because it was expensive, it was labor intensive work, we just didn't realize what we were getting into wit this pipe burst incident. I'm not angry with him but I can't say I was super happy, if that makes any sense. I didn't know if we got the biggest deal of the century, it was hard for me to say. I thought the quality was very good, he seem to be using copper piping. He was pretty professional too.

I got to know Ernesto and AM / PM at our last place. We were renting a house and the landlord used them for plumbing issues. They did great work at our house.
