Bad. I, inexperienced in construction, had to have them redo parts of installation as it was obviously wrong. Example. Flashing was not installed in the wrong order. They installed it so that water could run down one flashing strip and then behind the next. Installer said I was wrong, but would change it...he did. Other licensed contractors has since told me I was correct. Several contractors doing other jobs have pointed out other basic installation problems to the windows. These contractors were not trying to get a job. Now having this corrected. Materials can not withstand weather. Windows on a covered porch are doing OK as they are not subject to the sun and rain. The windows exposed to the sun and rain are not holding up, i.e. warping. Installer used a silicone sealer that attracts dirt and stains. Sealer was sloppy applied so there are stain streaks are all over the frames. Widows were made by Anlin. Photo shows the bottom flashing that has failed....the grey is remainder of the tape I used to reseal the area during recent rain storms.

They did a really good job. They said they would remove old windows and install new windows in one day. They also installed a new patio door.

THEY WERE HERE ON TIME. WORKING IN THE HOUSE WAS NON-INTRUSIVE AND OUTSIDE THEY DID NOT DAMAGE ANY OF THE LANDSCAPING. THEY FINISHED THE SAME DAY AND TOTALLY CLEANED UP. THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL WINDOWS.

MY FAMILY AND I WERE AMAZED AT HOW QUICKLY THIS WORK COULD BE DONE. EVERYTHING WAS COMPLETED IN ONE DAY. THE WORKERS WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL TOWARD MY PROPERTY, THERE WAS NO MESS LEFT BEHIND.

THE HOUSE LOOKS MAGNIFICENT. AT FIRST EVERYTHING WAS GOING GREAT. THEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO START THE TEXTURE COATING AND WE HAD TO TELL THEM TO STOP. WE FOUND CRACKS ON THE WALL. THEY FILLED THE CRACKS AND WE HAD TO WAIT 1 DAY MORE BEFORE THEY COULD PAINT. AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED WE WERE SATISFIED.

THIS COMPANY WAS GREAT. THEY CAME OUT AND PRICED OUR WINDOWS AND HAD ANOTHER PERSON MEASURE THE WINDOWS AT YOUR CONVENIENCE AND WITHIN 1 WEEK HAD THEM INSTALLED. THEY REMOVED OUR WINDOWS AND REPLACED THEM WITH THE NEW ONES AND TOOK THE OLD WINDOWS AWAY. THEY CLEANED UP AND LEFT EVERYTHING LIKE IT WAS BEFORE THEY STARTED. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND QUICK.

AFTER GETTING SEVERAL ESTIMATES WE WENT WITH ALLSTATE CONSTRUCTION TO REPLACE OUR WINDOWS. SERVICE WAS PROMPT AND EFFICIENT. REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETED IN ONE DAY!
