Remodeling R Us

I had my kitchen redone last December and it turned out great! They helped me through the process and going to the showroom and picking out exactly what I wanted. They would show up everyday and set up floor covering so that the rest of my house was clean when they left and there was no mess at the end of the day. I was able to get my perfect kitchen set up and move locations of appliances and create new cabinetry areas throughout. I am very pleased about how my kitchen turned out and will be using them for future projects as well.

Remodels are always a long and complicated process, especially dealing with different areas of the house. Shai from Remodeling R Us helped my fiancé and I with every aspect of our bedroom and bathroom remodel. He was able to inform us of our options every step of the way, which helped us end up with the home of our dreams. I wouldn’t go to anyone else for any future projects.

I reached out to Remodeling R Us to come and take a look at my bathroom and give me an estimate. Ron and his father arrived on time and took me through the whole process of what it would take. They were professional and helped me choose the right options for my home. We redid our master bathroom and everything was done within the price and time frame that was provided. It a seemless process, upon arrival they were extremely prepared and showed me samples and pictures, so I could better imagine the outcome and process. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience. They made it very simple and being a family ran business made me feel much more comfortable!

FROM OUTDATED TO UPDATED! Everything went according to the plan and the estimate. Shai and his workers were punctual and did excellent work. When minor touch-ups were necessary, Shai arranged for his workers to come out and complete these minor details. Since I have gotten the work done I have had many compliments from neighbors both on the work and the final result. The new paint colors really took a house that was dated and didn't have much curb appeal to one that stands out in the neighborhood.

It went very well. Shai is a pleasure to work with! We met with numerous contractors to get estimates to completely remodel our master bathroom as well as replace our old galvanized steel piping with copper piping in a newly acquired home. Shai's estimate was very reasonable (we had some lower estimates, but did not think the contractors were as professional as Shai and were not as flexible about working within the timeframe we wanted). We wanted to have the work done before we moved in, so we only had about three weeks to have the work done. Shai said that he could complete it by then and he did. Shai used a sub for the plumbing and had his guys do the rest of the work. Shai was there the whole time for the demolition part and setting up the plans for the remodel. Towards the end of the job he just stopped by for a bit to check in on things, but did not stay for most of the day. The quality of the work was very good and was done in a very timely fashion. Shai was also very flexible about making some changes in our remodel as the work progressed without adding to the price. Specifically, after the demolition was complete, it became clear that our initial plan for the placement of a vanity would not work due to the location of our houses foundation. We came up with a plan for Shai to build a vanity that would work in our space (instead of installing a vanity that we were going to purchase) and it was done with no added cost and no change in the the timeframe. Another real positive was that after all the work was complete and we had paid in full, Shai has been very responsive about fixing some small things that came up after the work was done (e.g., re-grouting a small area of tiling) at no cost and no hassle to us.

It went very well. The whole job was done in just over a week. They fixed the persistent wet spot which was rotting the woodwork in front of our garage by adding appropriate drainage. They redid the driveway with stamped concrete and stone edging, and covered up an ugly brick retaining wall. Now that we have no brick in the front of our house we have really improved our curb appeal! Remodeling and Construction 105 was flexible with start time given the lengthy process of gaining homeowner's association approval. They arrived early every morning and worked very hard and were able to complete the work quickly. All of the drainage issues were resolved and our new driveway really enhances the house. The worst part was when they had to dig out a trench four feet deep to connect the new drain to existing drains. When they were done you couldn't even tell how deep they had to dig, even the plants they replanted are blooming now just a few weeks later.

Overall, the entire project went very smoothly. My contractor was fantastic, he was able to provide all the services I needed done and i only had to deal with him directly. The project was completed as promised and within the original agreed upon budget.

It went very well overall. Work was completely in a timely fashion, and as soon as one type of work was completed, work on the next area started, usually the next day. If anything needed to be fixed or redone, it was taken care of quickly. One mistake I made was that I purchased an extra deep tub which was too high for the windows. Shai suggested that I purchase a corner tub, which I hadn't originally considered. He showed me how it would fit the space and that it would make the shower even larger, allowing us to put in an extra rainfall shower head. It worked out beautifully, and I was happy that my mistake led to the final project being even better. Everyone wants to try the double headed shower.
