He fixed the plugs and started the Microwave but he told me that the breaker needs to be repaired and the plug had once had a overload so the wire was dark and hard and it needed to be repaired. He was kind and professional.

Luis and team did a full house rewire for the home we just purchased in Northridge. This included a new master panel and a full replacement of all sockets, switches and wires within the house. They did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier. They clearly explained what was being done before any work began. Luis was very helpful guiding us through the process making suggestions along the way when we weren't sure which direction to go. I called because I thought I needed a few new outlets because my family is still and needs had grown but when Luis came out he shares that my panel was actually years ago. Of course anyone would be leery of this information but he also showed me the recall information on the web. He actually save my family. Our panel was recalled years prior and I had no idea. I proceeded with a panel upgrade and actually decided to have my home required. Their work was thorough and overall neat for what is required. I was very pleased with Luis and wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again for any electrical need. His pricing was within range and I didn’t feel taken advantage of.

M.Y. Electrical is a great company with a team of respectful staff! The guys that came in were on time, quick, and made sure to update us along the way. They also discovered we have very old wiring in the house, and let us know which no one had done (not even the home inspector a few months ago). We will definitely hire for other electrical jobs in the future! 10/10 would recommend.
