Performed dubious 'inspections' and advised future spending

It was great, rhwy were well priced and fast

The contractor never showed up. Didn't contact me to give a reason he couldn't come. That was money down the grain. Will not use this site ever again.

Outlet was handled promptly no problem, but the fan I got from Hampton bay had no receiver included, which the tech suggested. So I ordered a fan receiver w/remote from amazon, rescheduled the install, and the fan was installed with alternating speeds and a remote, in less than 30 minutes.

They did a phenomenal job. Quick, efficient.

They did exactly what was needed to be done and were happy to be there. Great guys and great work.

Went very well. I had purchased coupon for one hour of work. They stayed nearly two hours and thoroughly checked my wiring for the chandelier. Drilled and installed it in the ceiling. Looks nice! The men were friendly and polite. I will be using them for house re-wire, and will report back on how it goes!

The crew was quick to respond and did great work. They are friendly and personable and enjoy what they do. I've had them do work before and will hire them again without hesitation in the future!

Tech was early and got right to work

Great. Jose dealt with LADWP and LADBS inspectors better than I could and would. They can be a Bi**H!!

Everything went well. I had pre-purchased one hour of electrical work and they were a able to get everything done in that hour.

Due to a family matter we had to cancel the initial appointment. Trying to reschedule proved to be more than difficult. Jose kept pushing things off and wouldn't give us a new date. When I confronted him about it, he became very angry and aggressive. His demeanor and words were anything but professional. Buyer beware. This contractor may act with aggression when stressed.

They were super responsive, and accommodating to my schedule. They were very quick and the whole process was painless. They even showed up early to the scheduled appointment, and got right into checking things out, and I felt they gave me an understandable description of what our electrical issues are. I guess my only complaint is that In the end it feels weird to me that I'm paying someone just to tell me how much it's gonna cost for them to fix it, and now I feel like I want to get a 2nd opinion. To be clear they did nothing wrong, that's the deal I purchased from Angie's List, so I have no one to blame but myself, but I'm fairly certain if the 2nd opinion says the same thing that I will hire these guys since they were the 1st to diagnose our electrical issues.

There were issues in communication and although the electrical upgrade was neatly done, the electricians failed to place our jacuzzi where I had asked; they placed it on top of a hose and it's too heavy for me to move it now. I'm grateful for their efforts. Again, miscommunication caused more problems for me at the end of the day.

Great. They quickly troubleshot the issue within 10 minutes letting me know that the fixture was not compatible. I thought I had another but by the time I went to find it they jury riggged the original and made it work. Since I had an hour with them I asked if they would be willing to help me replace a broken LNB on my Directv dish up on the roof. Not something in get wheelhouse but were willing to try as long as I understood that they couldn't be responsible if it didn't work. They basically had that replaced in 5 minutes and were super careful in not shifting the dish. I thanked them with some extra gratuity and kept their contact information for the future.

He did not show up for appointment.

It went very well - communication about the job and the guys that did the work were excellent. We now have modern grounded electricity with lots of sockets, overhead lights, and circuits. The old wiring was such that you could not just pull it and replace it with new stuff - holes had to be punched in tactical spots in the walls and ceiling crawl spaces entered above and below. They took care of arranging for inspections. The holes were patched with plaster that matched the rest. It took a little more than a week.

Installation done professionally and on time. Hazards of the existing crazy wiring indicated, fixed; estimate given for addressing the myriad other issues. Straightforward, no hard sell; estimate reasonable.

My experience with Jose and his crew was excellent. I have hired a few contractors and electricians in the past, and he was a step above. I hired him for a 200AMP panel upgrade and based on the quality of his work, his professionalism, his fair pricing, and his excellent customer service I went ahead and hired him for a full home rewiring. His crew were conscientious of our space, always leaving it clean and useable. Even though they were clearly busy, they still worked around the bad weather and my work schedule, and finished the project in a timely fashion. Jose was really good about walking me through every process, and making time to show me that the work was completed correctly. He was a really amiable guy on top of it. TL;DR Highly recommend, will hire again in the future

We had an appointment in place and the guy did not show up. We have called to reschedule and can't nail them down. Trying to call again today. The guy answering the phone seems a little bit unaware that we are part of this deal and what is expected. Frustrating.

Great...quick response...trioubleshooting and problems solved quickly

I contacted Moshe and he arranged for two electricians to stop by that evening. Jose Coto and another electrician did some visual inspections while I explained the situation. For some reason, perhaps because they saw the concern my wife had for safety, they decided to go for the up-sell of $11,000 for a full home re-wiring. They wanted a deposit and insisted we sign a contract before they left. They haggled over the price with plenty of nods and eye blinks between the two electricians. We didn't sign anything, but instead wrote a check (which was canceled for a $15 fee), thinking that would cover the service charge, repair the outlet, and we could cancel any other services after getting a second opinion. Then, instead of fixing the outlet, they left. They didn't even cover the exposed wires. We contacted Angie's List and they advised we avoid this installer. We paid them the $39 coupon price, although all they did was waste our time. We hired another electrician and they fixed it for $110.

The electrical outlet switch was placed in my grandmothers bedroom but the front porch switch was not working anymore because it was removed and that was not what I wanted so my grandmother called another electrician to get the front porch switch replaced. No information on the materials parts or labor even an invoice was given on how much the work order was going to be they he sated 250 just came and did the job and try to charge a different amount after and they did not paint the wall back.

Extremely well. Jose (owner) worked with my availability and Jesus (employee) was very friendly, on time and provided me tips on obtaining led lights for a brighter room.
