Fortunately the track lighting could be fixed by changing the light bulbs to a much lower wattage. If I didn't, then who knows what could have happened. They were able to fix the outlet so that I can use it. I feel much safer now. Would hire them again. Especially since they arrived 15 minutes earlier than scheduled. I mean how many arrive on time even.

Amazing very satisfied will definitely hire again. The whole team is great especially nice and very informative for women who don’t know much about hiring help.

What a relief and how refreshing to have an owner, Jose, contact me immediately and set-up the appointment. Jose answered all of our questions. Luis and Mario set down plastic tarps, worked quickly and were able to do both jobs in 1 hour and 15 minutes. I was so pleased with their work that I hired them to install 3 exterior outlets, an attic fan, install 3 recessed lights, install a fan in the laundry room and changed out all outlets in the living and dining rooms and add a hallway outlet. I will be hiring them again.

I would give an A+ but we first scheduled our appointment for Saturday morning at 9:00 and he texted that morning and said he had "car problems". I had to call him to reschedule and he did show up the second time and was punctual.

GREAT he performed the requested service and discussed other options with me.

He contacted me to send him pictures of what I needed, which I did. Then he called and said that he needed to come out to look at what needs to be done. I asked him if the time he took to come out to look at the job would go against the time I purchased. He neither confirmed or denied. He just said he'd need to come out first. We went back and forth and he ended up saing that he "didn't need this and to call Angie's List to get a refund."

Placed my order on 10/8, messaged him for service appointment and was told he will call me tomorrow or two days later. I waited till 10/15 still have not heard from him. So I messaged him again, and again I was told that he will call me tomorrow. Still did not heard from him, I picked up the phone and called him. Guess what, same reply, "let me call you right back!". As of today, 10/17, still no calls. Are you serious? It took me more than one week after placing order and making multiple contacts and yet still got the same 'I'll call you' reply! This already showed me what kind of service to expect from this contractor!!!

Jose returned my call on a Friday night. He was on time the following morning Saturday and was able to quickly solve the issue.

Available timely, easy to deal with, visited to see the tasks, quoted promptly, returned with all supplies and assistants, completed the work same day in slightly less time than quoted, did some extra minor work gratis, checked some other issues briefly. Work was good, knew what to do, and got it done. I'll have some follow-up work in a week and will call. Thank you very much. ))

Johnny and his helper arrived exactly on time and were quick and efficient. It was obvious that they knew exactly what they were doing and they did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional and personable. I would definitely use them again.

I am so happy to have found M.Y. Electrical. We have done extensive work to our house and I wish I would have called them sooner. Jose is very responsive with regards to scheduling and he took the time to ensure that the scope of the project was clear. On the day of the service Jesus and Louis were prompt and they worked efficiently. I was very happy with their work.

I was expected service person to physically check the problem I described but instead, the service person just took my word and gave me the recommendation how problem can be taken care of with cost of $450.00

Jose was very informative and prompt. He addressed all my questions and concerns, and delivered exactly what he promised. The work was conducted in about an hour time frame for 4 recessed lights + dimmer switch. I will definitely be contacting him for additional electrical jobs. Highly recommend.
