I really liked and trusted Leonard, the owner, who did my repair, and his wife Irina, Stupak, who took my call and made my appointment. They were both very easy to talk to and deal with, intelligent and friendly. They are much more on-the-ball and responsive than anyone else. I should know, after 2 years of HVAC difficulties. I replaced condenser 2 years ago, then the furnace last year, speaking with many companies and spending thousands. I wouldn't go back to either of the companies I used. So, it was a big relief when Leonard showed up right on time, and fixed everything after just a few minutes. He charged me no more than the price of the service call, and still inspected my whole system and talked to me about it. He is a true professional, knowledgeable and ethical. My only regret is not finding this company sooner. I decided to write this review hoping someone will see it and get really competent help from the start.
