I selected Gold Coast to do my major pool system upgrade after getting three bids for this job. I'm really happy that Gold Cost did the job. Not only did Gold Coast come in with the best bid, they also did a great job and I'm completely satisifed with the end result. Mike, from Gold Coast, did a great job of installing my new system. He also helped me with the required paperwork to get my DWP discount for my new pump. After 5 days, my pool looks great and the pump, filter and Creepy Crawly are working flawlessly. Mike is an expert in Pool maintenance and he really helped me understand the optimum way to run my pool filter system. He did a great job and I would definitely recommend his company to anybody who is thinking about replacing their old (noisy!) pool pump and filter system.

He’s really good and very nice. He’s been prompt, honest and hard working. So that’s good. His price is fair.

I called friday morning expecting that I would have to leave a voicemail and wouldn't hear anything back until after the weekend. I was completely wrong. Mike not only answered my call, he was able to squeeze me in the same day! He was extremely friendly, walked me through what he was doing, and didn't mind answering any questions I had. There were no surprise fees or extra costs, just the estimate he told me on the phone.

CI called up Mike Sidoti for pool service because our pool was extremely green. Within a few days it was back to normal even though Mike said it would take a week. We signed up for service and got the pool and equipment in working order and looking great. Both Mike and Lyle are great and responsive to calls and issues. We are very happy and extremely pleased wit the work done. Never had a company (people) be so professional, knowledgeable, diligent, and caring.

Mike was very informative. He did an exceptional job and was well priced. He was very knowledgeable and he was more reasonably priced than everyone else.

Due to health reasons, I had not been taking good care of my swimming pool. I called Mike and he came out right away. Gave me a reasonable price quote for a good deep cleaning and a monthly service. Said he would get back to me about the black algae bloom. A technician showed up every week, on-time and performed maintenance on the pool, sweeping, vacuuming, and back washing the filter as needed. The technician is a nice gentleman that did not seem to mind my two large dogs "helping". I sat and chatted with him on several occasions while he worked. Twice during the past four months, I reminded him that I wanted the black algae treated before summer. Both times, the tech replied that he would ask (someone) about getting that done. Memorial day came and went and the algae bloom is still untouched. On May 29th, I sent them an e-mail canceling the monthly service. I can't see spending almost $100.00 per month to not treat the problem I had hired them to deal with. They are all nice enough folks, but it is time to move on and find someone to treat that algae bloom.

Mike and his team at Gold Coast Pool and Spa go above and beyond the normal pool service. I found them through our home warranty company and Mike was very knowledgeable about the issues we were having with our pool pump. We ended up having him replace our pump and then we replaced our old pool service company with Gold Coast too. We couldn't be happier be happier. I appreciate that I can email, call or text and I get an immediate response and most likely a same day visit to look at any issues! They are the best.

I called this Company as I needed a new 'Pool Guy'. Left a message and Mike called me back pretty much straight. He gave me a quote over the phone which I liked as there was no dancing with price and the size of the pool, as I think he knew the size of the pool from the area. He came over the same day and also fitted my pool cover to the reel, which took a while, which was very nice of him and much appreciated. The charge for an all in deal was $115 per month for pool service, I also like this because I am not getting hit throughout the year for add ons and filter cleanings. Very happy with the service and and over the moon I have a great Pool guy.

We were very pleased with the service. He came out and did it all within 3 hours. We appreciated the punctual service and the qaulity of their work.

Working with Gold Coast Pool and Spa was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Heinz was very prompt and professional when he gave us the quote for the work and with each interaction we had with him. The workers were here when scheduled and were very efficient; and everything was cleaned up prior to them leaving the work site. It was impressive, to say the least, at how efficient everyone involved with the project was. Top Rate Job!

They were fantastic - went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. The work was done efficiently and quickly. We use them monthly for our pool service as well. Great company!

Service was performed under a home warranty contract with Old Republic. The service consisted of teaching the homeowner how to short circuit terminals on the pool heater to get it to work. Repairman made no effort as far as we know to contact Old Republic for a proper repair. We will make another attempt at repair with Old Republic and will write a report on that company at that time.

We pay $85 a month. They do a good job. They are reliable and dependable as well. We would definitely use their services in the future too.

All great! - Heinz turned up on time, was extremely knowledgeable, gave us good advice and steered us away from not spending more money than was necessary. - Few teething problems (mostly caused by us - the owners) but Heinz was ALWAYS on hand to come over to adjust, fix and give advice. Everything is now working perfectly. - We have weekly service by Miguel who does an excellent job.

Found All Valley Pool and Spa on Angie's List even though it had not yet been rated. I thought I'd used this company before as it is located close to my home. Spoke to Heinz who said he could come the next day and we made an appt. He was on time, and even called saying he'd be a few minutes late. He fixed my problem in about 30 minutes. Additionally, after some conversation he advised me on how to fix my fiberglass pool by plastering and making it look a whole lot better for about half the price of what I was quoted for a new fiberglass shell. I'm ecstatic about this and plan to work with Heinz and his company again soon!

Their pricing was firm. They were within the realm of other companies for pricing. Everything worked out really well. They showed up on time, used a straightforward approach, and focused on attention to detail. The business partner came to discuss the job with his partner to make certain the job was being done properly. I was very pleased as they did not attempt to sell me anything I did not need. Throughout the process, they offered me advice for the care of the pool.
